    It's easier to agree than disagree.{#blank#}1{#/blank#} Unfortunately, many of us either shy away completely from disagreements or lose it when things don't go our way. These tips can help keep disagreements constructive.

    Use “I' to communicate how you feel, what you think and what you want or need.{#blank#}2{#/blank#} For example, telling your parents “You always remind me about my housework when you know I have much homework” has a very different tone from “I'm feeling pressured because I have a lot of homework tonight. Can I do those chores tomorrow?”

    Listen to the other's opinion.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}That makes it more likely that he or she will do the same for you. When the other person is talking, try to stop yourself from thinking about why you disagree or what you'll say next.

So, to prevent this you need to keep visiting your pages and go through the notes you have made time and time again.

    Do you have too much to do and too little time? Of course! Actually, it's the biggest problem facing most people today. The key to becoming more efficient is the ability to set priorities (优先顺序) and focus on one task at a time. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

    Learn from the experts.

    If you want to be a big success in any area, find out what other successful people in that area are doing. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} And do the same things until you get the same results.

    Be open to new ideas.

    The most foolish person of all is either the person who feels he has no time to learn about time management or, the person, who feels that he already knows all that's needed to know on the subject. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

    Develop a plan.

    Successful men and women are both effective and efficient. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Develop a plan, then decide what is the most important thing to do and how to do it.

Contribute to the lesson. Talk, put your hand up, send messages in the chat whatever they might be. Teachers and other pupils love to see that. And don't be afraid to ask questions.

Take proper screen breaks during the day.

Enjoy your break time.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}Get outside, read a book, phone someone. At break or lunchtime in school you wouldn't sit in a classroom and continue to work, so you shouldn't do it at home either.
