My mother used to ask me what the most important part of the body was. When I was young, I thought  was very important to us humans, so I said, "My ears, Mommy." She said, "No. Many people are deaf. You can keep  about it, and I will ask you again.

Several years , and she asked me again. This time I told her, "Mommy, sight is very important to  so I'm sure it must be our eyes." She looked at me and told me, "You are learning fast, but the answer is not correct, because there are many people who are ."

Over the years, mom asked me some more times and her answer was, "No, but you are getting smarter every year, my child."

Then last year, my grandpa died. Everybody was crying. My mom looked at me when it was our turn to say goodbye to Grandpa. She asked me, "Do you know the most important body part yet, my dear?"

I was shocked when she asked me. I always thought it was a game between her and me. She said, "This question is very important. It shows that you have really lived  life." I saw her eyes were filled with tears. She said, "My dear, the most important body part is your ."

I asked, "Is it because it holds up our head?" She replied, "No, it is because it can hold the head of a friend or a loved one  he cries. Everybody needs a shoulder to cry on sometimes in life, my dear. I only hope that you have enough love and friends. Then you will have a shoulder to cry on when you need it."

    In today's world, sleep experts often say that for a better night's rest, Americans should turn {#blank#}1{#/blank#} their smart phones or iPads before sleeping.     Then the researchers studied the college students {#blank#}7{#/blank#} often used computers at night. They got the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} results. And researchers say that may not only cause sleeplessness, but also {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the risk of obesity(肥胖症), diabetes(糖尿病) and other diseases.

    To be on the safe side, the researchers suggest that we should use computers {#blank#}10{#/blank#} than before, or turn down our screens as much as possible before sleeping.
