A lot of people are crazy doing shopping through the Internet now. We call this way of shopping --{#blank#}1{#/blank#}  shopping. Why is it so popular? There are some {#blank#}2{#/blank#} . First, more and more people have their own computers and their computers can be joined with the Internet. So many of them do shopping through the Internet. Second, shopping through  the Internet can {#blank#}3{#/blank#} them some money and a lot of time. Third, they don't need to go to shops themselves. But some people, {#blank#}4{#/blank#} the old, don't like this new way of shopping. They are worried {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  safety when they are paying over the Internet. They can't see the real products and they can't enjoy the pleasure of buying things in large supermarkets or stores. But this new way of shopping is accepted by more and more people especially for the young generation nowadays.

Now lots of parents will buy everything that their children want to have. If they go on with the habit, their children won't know the money {#blank#}1{#/blank#} from hard work.
Some parents like to{#blank#}2{#/blank#} birthday parties for their children. If they keep on doing this, their children will think it {#blank#}3{#/blank#} for them to enjoy birthday parties every year.     At last I walked down and greeted Mr. White warmly. Helooked at {#blank#}7{#/blank#},surprised. And then we laughed together and talked happily. I could imagine Clark watching {#blank#}8{#/blank#} the window, smiling.

The turkey is flown to Florida {#blank#}4{#/blank#} a Thanksgiving parade ( 游行). Then it lives on a farm. Turkeys play a (n) {#blank#}5{#/blank#} part in Thanksgiving and have been a part of American culture for centuries. Benjamin Franklin {#blank#}6{#/blank#} wanted the turkey to be America's national bird.

    Turkeys on farms are large birds that cannot fly,{#blank#}7{#/blank#} wild turkeys are quite fast. They can fly at {#blank#}8{#/blank#} up to 88 kilometers an hour and run as fast as 40 kilometers an hour.

    Turkeys don't have ears like ours, but {#blank#}9{#/blank#} hearing is five times better than human's hearing.
