    Here is my idea about how a friend is like. Firstly, a friend is someone you can share your secrets. If you tell him a secret, he will never talks about it with anybody else. Besides, a friend is always good listener when you need one. After hear your sad stories, he will say some words that is nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily too. What's more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to which you need, or can at least give you some advices. In a word, friends are those you like and trust, and you will enjoy every minute that you spent with them.

    Last Monday, our class hold a speech contest on the theme of thankfulness. Both of us took an active part in it because we were interesting in it. In beginning, our teacher made a speech, appeal to us to be thankful. After that, many participants impressed us on their wonderful performances. They expressed their love and appreciations to their parents, teachers and people who love them. I learned a lot of from this activity. There are many people around us who have helped us great.     I participated the Secondary School Program in Harvard last summer. I spend half of the day on my class and homework, and then I'd be free to do that I wanted. Since my course was an 8-credit course, it was a lot fast than other summer school course. I had to learn how to keep up with the pace of my class and figure out how to study efficient. For me, take notes was of great help. During my study, I also got to know many professors who was available for extra help whenever I needed it. The resources and opportunities combined with the environment here made me want to attend to Harvard even more. Now back in China, I often miss the experience of studying abroad.

    It's been two years when I joined the campus radio station. During this time, I had done several interviews. Every time I finish to writing an article, I am proud of myself for able to introduce my schoolmates to the things I've seen. Good morning everyone! Today I want to say something about my parent. My father is a honest businessman and has to support the whole family. He laugh so much that he can even give me a smile at the most difficult time in her life. He always tells me to taking a positive attitude towards everything because it's useless to cry. My mother is the most busiest person in the family, which always has a lot of housework to do. But she never complains. She treats another people with respect, so everybody likes her. Ordinarily as they are, they are truly my best teachers and I am very proud them.
