When I was young, my mother work at a hospital far away from my home. In the morning, she got up early than anyone else in my family to prepare breakfast for us, and then sent me and my brother to school. This went on for 18 year. She was never complained about it. No matter how tiring she was, she always had enough energy to be my mom. However, during holiday seasons, she had to work, that damaged my spirit because she was most important person to me. Last Christmas Eve, I went to the hospital to visit him. Seeing her devotion to care for the patients, I began to understand her job but feel proud of her.

Things change so quickly! I'm now in hospital recovering from liver failure. I regret take those weight-loss pills. They contain a harmful chemical that is caused my liver to fail. The pills were going to complete destroy my liver if I continued taking it. My mother insisted sending me to the hospital, when I received good treatment.

It was a really painful experience, but I'm feeling better now. I follow my doctor's advices and exercise for at least half an hour every day ( but I seldom go to the gym!) and ate a lot of fruit and vegetables. People should love their bodies. My mother is right: don't damage your healthy for a slim and attractive figure. It isn't worth it. We shouldn't be ashamed of the way we look, shall we?

This year, our school called on us students to make a good use of our time and do some socially practice during the holiday, so I found a job and began to work in a small restaurant. I thought it was easy, and it turned out to be a hard one by a matter of fact. I spend the whole morning washing dish and setting tables. I didn't have lunch until it was two in the afternoon. After lunch, I immediately began to work again, does the same things until 11 pm. It took myself more than ten hours in a day to work there! However, through the hard work, I've come to understand the value of hard work. I've also realized what difficult it is my parents to support the family. I liked cycling very much. At age of twelve, my father bought me a bike as a birthday gifts and taught me how to ride. Every time my father took him out for practice, my little brother would come along. One day, we were practicing while suddenly my brother screamed to help. When we rushed to him, we saw a snake wind around a frog tightly. I beg my father to save the frog. Immediate he picked it up a long stick, trying to drive the snake away. About two minutes later, the frog was set loose, what made us so happy.
