Sometimes, no matter what you do, you can't avoid danger. But if you know how to protect yourself, you have a much better chance of staying unharmed. And if you're confident and alarmed, you're likely to find the hidden signs in the first place. So if your school offers self- protection classes, take advantage of them.
In short, self-protection is very important for middle school students. If you can protect yourself, you can stay safe. You can also keep your things safe. There are many ways to learn self- protection, so everyone can do it.

I don't remember everything about my first day at school, but my mum always talks about it. I was only five and was very nervous. There were lots of other kids. Some liked school.
