    No matter how far away children live from school, they can take the free transport if they have walking problems or there is no safe road for them. A safe road usually has crossings, lights and should be clean.

    An old man is sitting on the sofa in his house along with his son. Just then, a crow (乌鸦) stops on their window.

    "What is that?" asks the father.

    "It is a crow." answers the son.

    "What is that?" asks the father again after a few minutes.

    "Father, I just told you. It's a crow." the son answers again.

    "What is that?" asks the old father a third time.

    Beijing is different from London. In our country, we drive on the left side of the road, but here people drive on the right side. Most people go to work by bus or by bike. The rush hours (高峰时间) are from seven to nine in the morning and from five to seven in the afternoon. People in China work around eight hours a day, five days a week. They usually begin to work at eight in the morning, and rest on Saturday and Sunday.

    I have Chinese classes every morning from Monday to Friday, The students in our class are from many countries. We're all working hard and friendly. The Chinese students are ready to help us with our Chinese. We also help them a lot with their English. We're getting along very well.

    Can dolphins talk? Maybe they can't talk with words, but they can talk with sounds. They are mammals (哺乳动物), but they swim together in a group.

    Dolphins talk to the other dolphins in a group. They give information. They say "Welcome" when a dolphin comes back to the group. They talk when they play.

    They make a few sounds above water. People cannot hear these sounds because their pitch (音调) is very high. Scientists make tapes of the sounds and study them.
