An orange carrot can help keep your {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (eye) clear. This vegetable is just fun to eat between your teeth. Eat an orange carrot {#blank#}5{#/blank#} breakfast in the morning.

A yellow banana can give you lots of energy (能量). Eat this fruit {#blank#}6{#/blank#} you play. 

Green beans are rich in vitamin B group, vitamin C and vitamin K. {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (It) are very good vegetables. They make you strong.

Blue berries can help you remember things. Eat this fruit every day to help you do{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (good) at school.

In the eyes of many foreigners, Chinese are the best hosts and the worst guests in the world. They're not really bad guests but because the guest-host relationship in China is much different than in some Western countries it appears they are not nice guests. And Western guests sometimes look rude in the eyes of Chinese guests.  

　　In China guests are almost like gods. Whenever I enter a Chinese person's home there is always fruit on the table for me and someone is quick to bring me a cup of tea or water. In the West generally the guest is not a god. Acting according to the host's way of doing things is usual behaviour for a guest. 

　　My wife's mother is a very kind elderly Chinese lady who doesn't smoke. When I see some of her guests smoking in her house, as a non-smoker I feel unhappy. Usually I want to stop them directly but I must realize that she must not do that. In most North America homes if you are a guest and the hosts are not smokers, you should not smoke in their house. At the very least you could ask "Is it OK if I smoke?" But don't be surprised if they say "No, you can't smoke." In our culture if you smoke in their home you are a bad guest, but if they don't allow you to smoke in their house they are not a rude guest.

　　Guests in China also have special habits. Some Western people may not adapt to these habits very soon. Thankfully my wife is Chinese so whenever we visit a Chinese family she tells me to buy them a gift. However giving a gift to a host is not always necessary in my country. So if you invite international guests to your home don't be too surprised if they don't bring you a gift. 

　　In China you probably won't need to change the guest-host relationship very much because you will probably only be the host and Chinese are naturally very good hosts. If Western hosts invite you to their house, try not to be too surprised if their style of treating you is not what you have expected.

We arrived in the hot, wet city—Bangkok. This is our first trip to Thailand. All the different smells make us want to try the food. We are going to eat something special for dinner tonight. The hotel we are staying in is cheap and very clean. We plan to stay here for a few days, visit some places in the city, and then travel to Chiang Mai in the North.

Tuesday, March 27^th

Bangkok is wonderful and surprising! The places are interesting. We visited the famous market which was on water, and saw a lot of fruit and vegetables. Everything is so colorful, and we took lots of photos there! Later today we will leave for Chiang Mai. We will take the train there and stay there for two days, and then catch a bus to Chiang Rai.

Friday, March 30^th

Our bus ride to Chiang Rai was long and boring. We visited a small village in the mountains. The village people here love the quiet life-no computers or phones. They are the kindest people I have ever met. They always smile and say "hello". Kathy and I can only speak a few words of Thai, so smiling is the best way to show our kindness. I feel good here, but we must go home. I hope to be able to come back next year.

 With a habit of drinking coffee on weekends while doing schoolwork, Wu Zibo,a17-year-old student from Beijing No.4 High School, wanted to order a cup of Moutai-flavored latte(茅台味拿铁). "I wonder how my father's favorite Chinese liquor(白酒) would taste with my favorite coffee." Wu said.

 The collaboration(合) between Moutai and Luckin Coffee has interested many people. It sold 5.42 million cups and made 100 million yuan just on Sept 4, the first day it came out, China Daily reported.

 Moutai has tried many ways in the past few years to be more creative, such a by bringing out Moutai ice cream. "This creative collaboration lets Moutai make its brand younger. "Li Honghui, a marketing director (市场总监) for drir said. "Through collaborations, brands can share what they need, make the marke bigger, and bring more creative things to buyers. "added Li.

 In 2023, China's collaboration market will grow to over 100 billion yuan and may . reach 300 billion yuan by 2025. However, wrong collaborations may have undesirable results and even hurt brands.

"The key to making a collaboration work is about how good the products are. The brands should not just pay attention to getting the public excited."

Yesterday I watched the cartoon movie Up with my family. The film is about an old man named Carl. He and his wife(妻子) 1  of going to South America. After his wife died, Carl finally"took his house" and 2  there with a boy. They experienced a lot along the way. 

The 3  was difficult but happy. And the most interesting part was the house. Carl connected the house with balloons, and it could fly high into the 4  , so they traveled by the flying house! The movie was 5  . There were many funny moments, and they made me 6  loudly. 

There are no super 7  in this movie. And it is not about how a 8  and clever person saves the world. It's just about the dream and love of an old man. After watching Up, I know that I can make my dream 9  at any age. The movie also teaches me a 10  about the importance of family and friends. Carl starts the journey because of his love for his wife, and he moves on with the help of new friends. 

In a word, Up is a good cartoon movie for family and friends.
