A group of students have helped their classmate Cheng Dongdong for seven years in Anhui. Cheng, 16, was unable to walk after he got a terrible {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (ill) at the age of seven. "It was in Grade 2 that I introduced Dongdong' ssituation to the students. Then I asked {#blank#}2{#/blank#}someone would like to help him," said Wang Mi, the teacher of Cheng's class. To Wang's surprise, many students raised their {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (hand). And she chose eight boys {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (form) a special group to help Cheng. The group would take him to school{#blank#}5{#/blank#}bring him back every day, help him at lunch and play {#blank#}6{#/blank#}him during the breaks. After several years, Xie Chenxu, Liu Wei and Liao Jiangtao of the group are still in{#blank#}7{#/blank#}same class with Cheng. Xie is responsible for {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(carry) Cheng in and out of the wheelchair (轮椅）as he is {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (strong) than others. Cheng'sparents took him to lots of hospitals. A Canadian doctor {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (begin) treating him early this year and his situation started to become better. Let's wish him a very nice future.

Liu Yaxuan is totally a homebody. Every weekend, this 14-year-old student from Tsinghua High School watches popular TV dramas and plays with her mobile phone. She hates playing outdoor sports."It's too tiring,"she said.

She is not alone. In recent years, more and more Chinese teenagers are becoming homebodies. A 2013 survey of kids aged 2 to 14 showed about half of them spend less than one hour doing outdoor activities every day.

To some extent, heavy academic pressure (学业压力) caused this situation. Hu Huilan, 12, from Shenzhen Nanshan Language School, is busy with piles of homework and extra classes on weekends."I don't want to get behind,"she said.

Even if this isn't a problem, kids still prefer indoor life. Wang Yidi, 12, from Anhui No. 50 Middle School, often reads Harry Potter, listens to music and surfs the Internet at home."I can do so many things I like at home rather than hang out in smoggy weather,"she said.

But this causes bad health conditions. Chinese teenagers' physical conditions have been dropping for about 28 years, reported a newspaper last year.

The situation for teenagers should be changed. They should spend their free time outdoors even if it just means going to the park or reading a book under the tree. Nice weather, little homework and rich outdoor activities enable them to do that. It helps them stay energetic.

When I was a little girl, one of my favorite things was a shoebox. I filled it up with pieces of paper, envelopes and posters that I had collected. I called the box my "Post Office". 1 I was free, I would take it out and pour my "letters" on the floor. I grouped the "letters" and then put them back into the box. 

This led me to 2 a new hobby — writing letters to children I had never met. It was 3 to send my written pages to people far away. And I loved this feeling. My best penfriends were Svetlana in Belarus and Alastair in central England. 

I first 4 spoke out my dream of being a songwriter to Alastair. Actually, I had never written a single song and I had no idea how to do so. But I decided to realize this dream— well, I should never let my best friends 5 . I started to discover my favorite 6 and thought about how I should write a song. 

As I grew older, I had more people to write to, for example, kids I had met on school trips. The freedom I found to 7 myself in letters is one of my greatest memories of childhood. 

On my journey into adulthood, my love for writing letters never left me. As I now create music, I always remember my childhood 8 . Releasing（发行） new songs is similar to sending out handwritten letters. My "Post Office" is where I got started.

Dreams take up about one quarter of sleeping time. People have several dreams each night. Dreams are like short films. They are usually in colour. Some dreams are like old films. They come to us over and over again. That may be because the dreamer is worrying about something. Dreaming may be a way of trying to find an answer.

Some people get new ideas about their work from dreams. They may be thinking about their work all day. These thoughts can carry over into (延续到) dreams.

Sometimes we wake up with a good feeling from a dream. But often we can't remember the dream. Dreams can disappear quickly from memories. 

Too much dreaming can be harmful(有害的). The more we sleep, the longer we dream. The mind is hard at work when we dream. That is why we may have a long sleep but still feel tired when we wake up.

It is my ninth birthday. Before school, Mom says," We' re going to have a1 this afternoon, Richie. Your 2 and Uncle Jim are going to come. I'm going to make a 3 . Come straight home after school." I'm very happy and I 4 about my party all day.

When I am walking home from school, I see a bag on the ground. I look around(往四周),5 there is no one near. I open the bag. There is some money(钱)6 it. There is also a 7 . It reads," Mrs. Duncan, 15 Aster Road, Selby."

" My bag!" she says. She looks inside it and says," Thank you! Thank you! Let me give you something to eat and drink." 

I say," I really have to(不得不) go ..." But she pulls me into the house. It's difficult to say 11 to her. She gives me cake and milk. I eat a lot. After half an hour, I say," I have to 12 ." 

When I get home, Uncle Jim and my grandmother are there."13 did you go, Richie?" Mom says." Did you forget(忘记) about 14 party?" 

" No," I say," I…" But before I can 15 any more, Mom says," Sit down and have some cake. Happy Birthday!" 

What can I do?I can't tell Mom that I am full(饱的). I have to eat her cake, too!
