I'll always remember the first time I tried ballet(芭蕾). My mother was a dancer and I wanted to be like her, but after making many mistakes during my first class, I felt like I wanted to give up right away. Because it was only my first day, I told my mom I couldn't wait to dance again.

Several weeks passed and my dancing didn't get any better. Then my dance teacher told us that we were going to perform in a show. I was afraid of falling on my face in front of hundreds of people and made my mom sad.

I practiced hard for the show, but I still didn't get the hang of it. Finally, I went to my mom to tell her how I felt. She just laughed and told me she would tea ch me all she knew about ballet. My mom quickly found out how bad at ballet I was, but she still taught me with the greatest patience, love and understanding. When I jumped and fell, she was there to catch me. When I lost my balance, she held me up. By the time the show arrived, I was as prepared as I could be.

The music began and my heart started to beat quickly. Breathing calmly, I began moving to the music without missing a step. When the music stopped, I ran off the stage and laughed with excitement.

My mom found me and gave me a huge hug, telling me how proud she was. I looked my mom in the eye and told her that there was no way this could have happened without her. Through this, I knew one important fact: My mom will always be there to catch me if I fall.

One day，Peter had a fight with one of his classmates. Then he went to his grandfather and told him his story angrily. 

The grandfather said，"Let me tell you a story. When I was a boy，I also sometimes hated others for what they did. "

As Peter listened carefully，the grandfather went on. "There are always two tigers inside my heart. One is good and kind. He gets on well with everything around him. But the other is bad and unfriendly. Even the smallest thing will make him angry. He fights with everyone all the time，and for no reason. He can't think carefully because he always hates others. It is difficult to live with these two tigers inside my heart. They both try to control me. "

Peter looked into his grandfather's eyes and asked，"Which tiger always controls you，Grandfather?"

The old man said slowly and seriously，"The one that I feed. I always feed the good and kind tiger，so I never hate others and seldom（很少） get angry now. "

Once upon a time, there was an old woman. Her1  died after their son came to the world. She lived with her only son.

However, something 2  happened to her son and the old woman lost her only son. She felt really 3  and went to a wise man and asked,"Is there any way to help me throw away my sadness?"

The woman said to herself,"Who is able to 11  these people that have had such sadness like me?" She stayed to cheer them up 12  she went on looking for a home that had never known sadness.

But wherever she went, whether in the homes of the poor or the rich, she found one sad 13  after another. She became so busy helping other people that she 14  about looking for the special seed. She even never found that helping others 15  the sadness out of her life.

Resting my head on Helen's shoulder,I put my arms round her waist.She drew me to her,and we rested in silence.

We had not sat long before another person came in.

"I came on purpose to find you.Jane Eyre,"said she."I want you in my room, and as Helen Burns is with you,she may come too."

We followed Miss Temple to her apartment.It had a good fire,and looked cheerful.Miss Temple told Helen Burns to be seated in a low arm-chair on one side of the fireplace,and herself asking another,she called me to her side.

"Is it all over?"she asked,looking down at my face."Have you cried your sadness away?"

"I am afraid I never shall do that."

"Why?"

"Because I have been wrongly accused(指责),and you and everybody else,will now think me a bad girl."

"We shall think you what you prove yourself to be,my child.Continuo lo act as a good girl,and you will satisfy us."

"Shall I,Miss Temple?"

"You will."said MissTemple,"You have been accused of lying when you were little.Tell us the truth,but add nothing and exaggerate(奇大)nothing. "

I made up my mind that I would be most modest and most correct.Having thought for a few minutes about where to start,I told her all the story of my sad childhood.

One year, my family and I went on a long trip down south！ It was a three-week vacation. We lived in Michigan. So it took us a very long time to drive to Florida. We stopped in Atlanta to visit my uncle. We kept going down to Orlando. We visited Disney there！ We went to Magic Kingdom and Blizzard Beach. I really enjoyed all of the days we spent at Disney. We also went to see my dad's friend in Tampa Bay. Then we arrived in Florida. 

It was December, but we were still outside and played baseball. On the important festival, we brought some gifts with us to share_with each other, and we had some warm days. One of my favorite of the trip was New Year's Eve. New Year's Day was one of my favorite holidays. This time, we could not visit any friends. But we watched an interesting movie！ I still remember my family sat on the hotel's sofa and laughed so hard！ And I will never forget the time I spent with my family.
