I arrived in Pengang in Malaysia this morning with my family. It was sunny and hot. So we decided to go to the beach near our hotel. My sister and I tried paragliding. I felt like I was a bird. It was so exciting! For lunch, we had something very special –Malaysian yellow noodles. They were delicious!In the afternoon, we rode bicycles to Georgetown. There are a lot of new buildings now, but many of the old buildings are still there. In Weld Quay, a really old place in Georgetown, we saw the houses of the Chinese traders from 100 years ago. I wonder what life was like here in the past. I really enjoyed walking around the town.

Good habits are good for the health, especially (尤其) healthy eating. Here is some advice on healthy eating habits.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We should have breakfast on time. You'll feel active after eating breakfast. We'd better drink milk as often as possible for breakfast. Milk is a great drink. It can give us more calcium (钙). It can make our bones (骨头) much stronger.
We should often have fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables and some rice for lunch and dinner. These things are necessary for our bodies to grow.
We all need snacks (零食) sometimes. In fact, it's a good idea to eat healthy snacks between meals. They keep us active and give us more energy. This doesn't mean that you can eat a bag of potato chips between meals. We shouldn't eat junk food (垃圾食品) because it is bad for our health.
Try to have supper at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a chance to digest most of the food before you rest for the next 8—10 hours.
One more thing, eat with others. It can help you to follow others' healthy eating habits.
One of the easiest ways to keep healthy is to do jogging:" Jogging (慢跑) is the name for a very gentle (舒缓的) kind of running—it is just a little faster than walking."
Start slow jog 20 meters, then walk 20 meters. Little by little, if you are not feeli ng very tired, you may do more jogging and less walking. Finally, jog the whole way. It will be easy for you to start jogging for 15 minutes twice a week, slowly, incresase (增加) this to 20—30 minutes every day. The longer you join in jogging, the more you enjoy it and the healthier you will become. Some people like jogging alone (独自的), and others enjoy doing it with friends. Jogging in groups makes more people keener(热心的), because you just can not stay in bed while there is a group of friends waiting outside and you are not likely (可能) to give it up (放弃) halfway.
If you want to start jogging, prepare (准备) a pair of comfortable shoes and determined mind.
