Today, after finishing dinner in town, my husband and I were driving back home. As we pulled over, we saw a couple painting their furniture.

    I went inside our home, {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (change) and then went back out again to ask our neighbors if they needed any help. While leaving my home, I was plagued (困扰) by thoughts of {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (embarrass), denial, or being received. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, I gathered the courage to go down and ask {#blank#}4{#/blank#} ,anyway!

    Initially, the woman denied. Then, the man said, “Sure”, and he handed me a spray paint bottle. We got into some good conversations {#blank#}5{#/blank#} painting with great effort.  When we finished, I briefly chatted with them before leaving.

    In the end, not only {#blank#}6{#/blank#} I enjoy helping them, but also learned about my neighbors. {#blank#}7{#/blank#} the way home, I must admit, I couldn't help but wonder {#blank#}8{#/blank#} they might be thinking about me.  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} is tough to do a good deed for others and not expect that they will be thinking good about you.

    Today's experience taught me some  {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (value) lessons in my life! Hopefully, these lessons will help me continue my acts of kindness in future.

This has led to arguments between the writers of the articles. The people {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (run) Wikipedia say that the accuracy of the information is improving and that it is one of the top 20 visited websites on the Internet.

    There was once a {#blank#}1{#/blank#}distinguish king whose name was Tamerlane. Like Alexander the Great, he wished to become one of the masters of the whole world. So he raised a great army and made war on other countries. He conquered many kings and occupied many cities. But with his army{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (beat) at last, Tamerlane escaped alone from the field of battle, looking{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(misery)

    For a long time he wandered in fear from place to place. His enemies were looking for him. He was about to lose all hope. One day lying under a tree, he thought of his failure. Feeling discouraged, he supposed that he couldn't carry on any longer. Suddenly he saw a small object climbing up the trunk (树干) of the tree. He looked more closely and saw an ant and a grain of wheat{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(carry) by it.

    In my family, there {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(be) three people. My father is a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (farm) and goes to work in the field every day. He isn't good at {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (talk) but he gets on well with other people. My mother is very kind and is {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (friend) to everybody. So when I have {#blank#}5{#/blank#} problem I will turn{#blank#}6{#/blank#} her for help. My friends say I am clever, because when the teacher asks {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (we) very difficult questions, I can come up with the answers {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (quick). But my father thinks I am not patient. He says once I have difficulty in {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (solve) problems, I will {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (easy) give up. This is what I need to improve in the future.
