Findings suggest that playing with smartphones before sleep {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(be )positively associated  with insomnia(失眠症). Recent {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(study) show that nearly 24 percent of Chinese people suffer from insomnia and {#blank#}3{#/blank#}number of young people affected is rising. And more than 60percent of people born after 1990,the group that are most likely{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(use) their smartphones just before sleep, do not sleep well.

    Bedtime mobile phone use is an unhealthy sleep habit because{#blank#}5{#/blank#}can delay falling asleep and reduce sleep quality. According to the research, nearly three-quarters of the young people fall asleep each night with their phones {#blank#}6{#/blank#}reach. About 60 percent of them use their smartphones for up to 80 minutes before sleep. And 54.7 percent of the people aged between 18 and 25 go to bed{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(late) than 12 am.

    Good sleep is helpful in protecting the brain's neurons(神经元)and lack of sleep for long periods can{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(danger) health. Therefore, all people, including the young,{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (advise) to avoid using electronic devices one hour before sleep and go to bed at fixed times. Others get really worried when they are not able to respond to emergencies, and this makes them feel {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(help). Still others are so dependent on their cell phones that they are frightened of missing any phone calls. English continued to be the language of the common people. English is continuously absorbing foreign words, especially Latin and Greek, causing English to have the largest vocabulary of any language in the world. By the late 18th century, the British Empire had sped the spread of English through its colonies and geopolitical dominance. Commerce, science and technology, diplomacy, art and formal education all contributed to English {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (become) the first truly global language. As there are many words from different languages, the risk of mispronunciation is high. In 1755, Samuel Johnson published his A Dictionary of the English Language, {#blank#}10{#/blank#} introduced a standard set of spelling conventions and usage norms.

Yoho National Park is a Canadian national park. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (cover) an area of about 507 square miles, it was established in 1886. Yoho National Park {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (know) as one of the four famous national parks in the Canadian Rockies. Because of its special {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (locate), Yoho National Park has many mountains, including Mount Stephen, Mount Balfour, Mount Goodsir and so on. Yoho National Park is close {#blank#}6{#/blank#} three other national parks in the Canadian Rockies. To the north is Jasper National Park, {#blank#}7{#/blank#} is the largest of the four. Banff National Park borders (接界) Yoho from the east. Kootenay National Park, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (name) after one of the two rivers that flow into it, is located to the south.

Although most people like to visit Yoho during the summer, there are quite {#blank#}9{#/blank#} sizable number of visitors during the spring and autumn. Common summer {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (activity) include camping, climbing, hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
