Exercising is a good way to keep fit. However, many people do not know how to exercise well. Here are some tips.
First, you should warm up. It is important to warm up before you exercise. You need to stretch your legs, arms, back and neck before you do any difficult activities like running.
Second, you should find good places to exercise. You do not need to spend a lot of money. You can run or do sports in a park or in your school gym. You don't need to buy exercise equipment for your home. Just get your body moving.
Third, don't work too hard. Choose a sport that you enjoy and then your exercise will be fun instead of work. Also, you only need to exercise a few times each week. If you exercise 30 minutes each time, you will stay healthy.
Fourth, drink enough water. It is important to drink water when you exercise. Your body needs the water for energy and for keeping cool.
Finally, you must be careful! If you hurt yourself while you are exercising, rest until you feel better. Exercising when you are hurt is bad for your health.

My name is Bob. I am 16 years old now. I've felt lonely since I was 9. I didn't like my classmates, my parents or anyone else. My classmates didn't want to talk with me and my parents were always saying that other kids were better than me. One day I had a big fight with one of my classmates. I was so angry that I hit him on the face. Just at that moment, a boy stood up and stopped the fight. He was the monitor of our class.
After that, he often helped me and we became good friends. Whenever I got angry or sad, he would help me to cool down. We spent a lot of interesting days together and became best friends. As time goes by, I have become happier with people and things. And it seems that people around me have changed, too.

English is the first language of several countries. However, it has many differences. British, American, and South African English are all spoken differently. In many English language courses, the British and American differences are taught. There are important differences between the two.
Probably the biggest difference between American and British English is the vocabulary. Different words and expressions are used to talk about the same thing. For example, in the United States, people throw their garbage into the trash can. In England, people throw their rubbish into the dustbin. In Britain, people take a lift to the fifth floor. In America, people take an elevator.
American and British grammar can be also different. For example, speakers of British English will ask "What did you do at the weekend?", but Americans usually say "on the weekend." In the United States people usually say "I've gotten a new car.", but in the UK they will say "I've just got a new car."
The pronunciation in American and British English is also different, even when the spelling is the same. The word "tomato"—pronounced "to-mah-to" in British English—is a classic example of this.Vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation are three ways English is different in different parts of the world.
Learning all these is not easy, so English learners should just know that they are always there.
