根据短文内容,从短文后的选项中选出能填入空白处的最佳选项。

Studying longer does not necessarily mean studying better.  Below are some great ways of learning as much as you can without getting too stressed.

Find the right place to study.

The first thing you need to do is avoid distractions (分散注意力的事物) while studying.  You should keep away from television sets and phone calls. Get all of your study materials together, so you will not be interrupted in the middle of your session.

Break down the tasks into smaller parts.

When you have gotten everything ready, list the items you need to study, and arrange them across several hours or days, depending on how big your load is. As a general rule, assign (分配) at least one hour to each subject.  By doing this, you will be able to know more easily how long you need for each topic.

    Schedule study breaks.

When you have listed all of your tasks and made a schedule, you should arrange study breaks.  This will give your eyes some time to rest, and yourself a chance to go to the bathroom or have some coffee. Scheduled breaks will reduce the need for you to interrupt yourself to the lowest level during the study session.

Put your tasks in order of importance.

Just in case you run out of time to study, or if you think you do not have enough time to cover all topics, you should study in an order.

A.Each break may take about 15 minutes every two hours.

B.Learn to arrange the subjects in order of importance.

C.This means going to one place that will give you peace and quiet.

D.The key to efficient studying is following the schedule strictly.

E.You can find a way to test your knowledge by having a study partner.

F.If you have a broad subject, you will need to break it down into smaller parts.

G.To make the best use of your time, you need to learn how to study efficiently(高效地).

Keep your body healthy

Ever heard of “Runners High”?Physical activity can be as effective as medications for depression,so get involved in sports, ride your bike,or take a dance class. Any activity helps!{#blank#}3{#/blank#}.As for food, make sure you're feeding your mind with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Avoid alcohol and drugs

You maybe try drinking or use drugs in an effort to escape from your feelings and get a “mood boost”,even if just for a short time. However, substance abuse can not only make depression worse, but can cause you to become more depressed.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}.You will need special treatment for your substance abuse problem.

{#blank#}5{#/blank#}

Stress and worry can lead to depression. Talk to a teacher if exams or classes seem overwhelming. In addition,if you have a health concern you feel you can't talk to your parents about, see a doctor.     Every time you visit Disney World, there's something new to see. What began in 1971 as the Magic Kingdom now includes the hightech, moviemad Disney and Animal Kingdom. Each time the park expands,so do your chances to spend money. How can you save?As a family guide to Disney World,I've been to the park more than 25 times with my kids, and I've developed a few moneysaving plans.

{#blank#}1{#/blank#}Even if you're visiting for fewer days,it's a deal(the pass costs$229 for visitors ages 10 and up,$183 for kids ages three to nine and is free for kids under age three).Without the pass, you'll have to pay separately for Pleasure Island and the water parks. A single trip to Blizzard Beach, for example, would cost a family of four $100.

{#blank#}2{#/blank#}The prices at some of the nicer restaurants, especially those in Epcot's World Showcase, are much lower at noontime than at dinner. It's wise to make reservations before you leave home. Call 407WDISNEY.

{#blank#}3{#/blank#}F or $65,you can get a Magic Kingdom Club Gold Card(call 180056DISNEY).Cardholders get up to 20 percent off Disney hotel rooms, plus price breaks on character breakfasts, theme park tickets and goods from Disney stores.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#}Charactertheme dinner shows are expensive, costing a family of four about $140,and even a character breakfast, where Mickey or Donald Duck joins you for cakes, can set you back $50.If your budget is tight, try to meet the characters inside the theme parks and at free inpark shows. You can watch the Diamond Horseshoe show, for example,in the Magic Kingdom for no additional cost, while the similarly themed HoopDeeDoo Musical Revue requires expensive tickets.
