Question: I have been learning English for about 7 years. And I still can't make myself understood in English. However, I love learning English. How can I learn English well? Please help me.

Answer: Many people have asked me this question. Here I will give you several tips for learning English.

    First of all, you must want to learn. If you are not interested in learning English, no class will help you and no book will help you. So you have to be honest with yourself. Ask yourself, “Do I really want to learn English?” If you can't answer “yes” to this question, it is better for you to set English aside until you're ready and willing to learn.

● Set goals (目标).

    To learn English well, you must set some goals. It will also help you to see your progress. Ask yourself, “What are my goals? What areas would I like to improve?” Think about what your goals are, and review once in a while to see that you are making progress toward your goals.

● Practice, practice, and practice.

    After you have set your goals, you have a better idea of what you need to practice. Just like the athlete whose goal is the Olympics must train daily, you as a language learner must practice language every day to make progress toward your goal.

A. Want to learn.

B. I think it is not easy to learn it well.

C. Make friends with some Americans online.

D. Reading is a very good way to learn new words.

E. The answers are as different as the people asking the question.

F. The more you practice, the more progress you will make.

G. Having goals will help you remember what areas you want to work on.

What is bitcoin?

    Bitcoin is a kind of digital currency, which means it doesn't exist as banknotes. At first, bitcoins were only made for collectors. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} You can store it in an online “wallet”. And with that wallet, you can spend bitcoin online and in the physical world for goods and services. More and more businesses, restaurants and universities included, accept payments in bitcoins. And, of course, bitcoin has a valuation, which you may have heard about because bitcoin's price has fluctuated up and down.

    What's different about bitcoin?

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#} That card is connected to information about you, such as your name and billing address. You can use bitcoin the same way, but unlike with a credit card, the trades you make with the currency are completely anonymous(匿名的). They can't be used to identify you personally. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Is that why the WannaCry attackers picked it as a form of payment?

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    The bitcoin currency is unique—no authority can change the value. It's quick and easy to set up a bitcoin account. It's fast—it only takes a few minutes to transfer your payments. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    Possibly, Bitcoin has certainly gained fame in the news media as a technology that can result in crime. But even though the identities of people in a bitcoin trade may be hidden, the public ledger has increasingly helped law trace the movement of bitcoins from place to place.

A. What makes the bitcoin currency unique?

B. Another way of exchanging g bitcoins is at ATMs.

C. So you can use bitcoin to protect your privacy.

D. It's cheap—trade fees are usually zero, or less than 1 US cent.

E. Usually, if you pay for something on the Internet, you use a credit or debit card.

F. However, you can buy it with dollars or euros,, just like you can trade any other currency.

G. The bitcoin was introduced on the internet in 2008 by a software developer called Satoshi Nakamoto.

    Nineteen-year-old Andrew Makhoul was a communications major at the University of Pennsylvania. It was coming up to spring break, but unlike his classmates, Makhoul wasn't planning on spending the break relaxing. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}

    He traveled to Guatemala. He went to an orphanage(孤儿院)in one of the most violent and poor parts of Guatemala city. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Although he didn't speak much Spanish, he found communication wasn't a problem: "You communicated with love." And what he gave out, he got back: "You could see love when you looked in their eyes."

    Makhoul's first time as a volunteer only lasted a week, but by the end of that week, he knew he'd be back in the future.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}The UN highlighted the case of Palestinian women who are survivors of breast cancer.     Warm up, cool down

    {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Your muscles need some time to warm up when it's cold  so take it easy when you set off and do a few stretches (伸展) once you're finished.

    Drink water

    You might not feel hot, but that's because sweat evaporates (蒸发) more quickly into the chilly, dry air. So be sure to drink water before, during and after cold-weather workouts. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} A belt bottle conveniently attaches to your waist so you don't have to carry it and can have a drink whenever you feel like it.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

    Running in cotton is a bad idea. Wear thin, breathable layers of synthetic (合成的) clothing that help protect you from the wind and snow, but still let out heat and moisture (水分).Thirty percent of your body heat escapes through your hands and forty percent through your head. Wear a hat, or beanie (无边小便帽), and gloves so your circulatory system can distribute warm blood to the rest of your body. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

    Run into the wind

    {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Obviously, it will be an easier passage home with some extra help from Mother Nature. But, more importantly, you won't have the wind in your face for the second half of your run, when you are more likely to be sweating and catch a chill.
