Next, convert it to an abbreviation (缩略语) by using the first letters of each word and changing the word "to" to "2". Then you get following password phrase: iw2g2e. You can make it even more complex by adding punctuation, spaces or symbols: %iw_2g2e!@. It is much easier to remember and safer.

    Are you a good time manager? If your answer is “no”, here are some tips on how to be a better time manager:

1). Create a daily plan. Plan your day before it starts. The plan gives you a good description of how the day will go on. That way, you will be ready to deal with most of the things you meet. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

Dr. Nancy Rigotti works at Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States. She says she finds that medicine and services together work best of all.

    {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. It can influence the health of an entire country. The World Health Organization says low-income countries depend heavily on taxes from cigarettes. They use the money, in part, to pay the costs of health care for tobacco-related diseases.

    The World Health Organization is pushing United Nations member states to sign an agreement to end the illegal trade in tobacco products.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}. But the agreement of 32 other countries is needed for it to become international law.

If you're dealing with relationships, friendships, or family problems, talk to an adult you trust.

How to Discover Your Talent

    Talent tends to refer to that inborn skill that everyone seems to be born with. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. It's good to try and identify and practice that skill.

You might have to research a bit deeper into the things you enjoy to discover what makes you feel satisfied.

    Try new things. Especially if you're not sure what your talents might be, you should get out and try new things. To her own surprise, she earned $600, enough to send eight children to school for the year. "Now that I am in high school, I would also like to inspire other kids to do their own projects. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Making cards is my small effort," she says.
