One day, Jack's parents told him that his grandpa would retire (退休) after working for forty years. Jack said1, "I'm only seven, so it means my grandpa has been…er…a really long time!"

   It's a fine day. TheWhite family gets up at seven o'clock. They have breakfast at seven forty. Andthen they go to the park. They take a basket of food and a carpet (地毯).The park is not far from their home, so they ride bikes there. When they get tothe park, it's half past eight. Mr. and Mrs. White are talking with each other.Their son, Ted, is playing with a ball. Their daughter, Jenny, is takingphotos.

    After about an hour, Ted and Jenny sit down to relax. At that time, they see a squirrel eating a pine nut (松子)in a big tree. When they see the squirrel eating, they feel hungry. I am a book lover. So my house is forever full of1. I have new ones, old ones, hard covers, paperbacks,2and non-stories. I have three boxes of books in my closet, two boxes of books on the floor of my bedroom, and a box of children's books3 for my future grandchildren. I have even more books4the two I wrote on my desk. I try to keep the books5 building up by donating as many as I can to the local6, but as soon as I donate a few, I find myself buying a few more.

Take care when writing the book of your own life. Fill it with love for yourself, others and this world. Fill it with all the wisdom you have learned, goodness you have done,13you have shared, and joy you have14. Keep writing it every day, too. Make it everything you are and everything you want to be, and then15it to everyone. I know it will be a wonderful and fantastic book.
