Yesterday was Saturday. We went to a park. My brother and I played football. My sister played the flute. Grandpa played the erhu. Dad and Mum read newspapers. We had a good time.

 John loves weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are his favourite days. He often plays basketball on Saturdays. And he often gets up late and has a big breakfast on Sundays. Lily is John's friend. She often goes swimming on Saturdays. But she studies on Sundays all day.
