On Nov 19^th, 2019. Disney+ came out in Australia, offering movies and TV content (内容) from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. It adds even more content this year with the addition of the Star brand, which came out on Feb 23^rd, 2020. 

Disney+ is a subscription-based (订阅型) service. There are two choices-a monthly subscription at $6. 99 per month, or a yearly at $69. 99. The price of Disney+ increased to $7. 99/month or $79. 99/year on Mar 26^th, 2021. 

For your monthly or yearly subscription price, you'll:

. download shows and movies on up to 10 devices. 

. get 4K Ultra-HD (超高清) video quality on selected content

. enjoy movies or TV series without advertisements. 

. get many language choices, including English, Spanish, French and Dutch, along with navigation assistance (导航辅助) for viewers with disabilities (only available on selected content). 

Disney+, is also available as an app on both Apple and Android devices, so you can use Disney+ on your smartphones or tablets. 

If you are happy and you know it, celebrate it on the International Day of Happiness on March 20^th every year! And if you are not happy, here are some quick ways to make you feel happier. 

Smile! When you are happy, you smile. But believe it or not, smiling makes you happy. Try smiling even when you don't like it. 

Exercise! Exercise is good for not only your body, but also your mind. It doesn't matter what kind of sport you do, as long as you stick to your exercise habit. Try going for a long walk, dancing in your bedroom, or running with your dog. 

Listen to music! Music is always a wonderful way to bring your happiness into your life. There are so many good songs and playlists out there, and they surely make you feel happy. 

Enjoy nature! If you are feeling down, spending time outdoors can always cheer you up. A simple walk in the park, visiting a nearby town, or even taking your lunch break outside can work wonders. 

Do what you love! When it comes to being happy, you have to stay with people and things that make you feel good. For example, if you love dancing, then just do that! Doing what you love can make you feel good! 

I would like to introduce my life to you. I live in a beautiful town. It has many {#blank#}1{#/blank#} places. Here are some of {#blank#}2{#/blank#}.

There is a movie theater, a pool and two {#blank#}3{#/blank#} in my town. You can see some children in the parks. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} fact, they love to run around there. The old people love to exercise there. Young people enjoy {#blank#}5{#/blank#} a movie, so they often go to the movie theater. If you like to swim, you can go to the pool with your parents {#blank#}6{#/blank#}. You will have a good time playing in the water.

You can find a library in my town. The library is very big and there are a lot of {#blank#}7{#/blank#} in it. I like reading {#blank#}8{#/blank#} the library is my favorite place. I often {#blank#}9{#/blank#} there on weekends.

There are many restaurants in my town. I love to eat something spicy, so {#blank#}10{#/blank#} favorite one is the Indian restaurant. My family would like to have dinner in a Chinese restaurant.

Netherlands, a country located in northwestern Europe, is also known as Holland. "Netherlands" means low- lying country. The name Holland was first given to one of the old parts, and is still used for two of its 12 provinces. The capital city is Amsterdam. The country is low- lying with large lakes and many rivers. The area that is not more than 3 feet above sea level covers more than half of the country. Along the coast, land was reclaimed(改造) from the sea. In some other areas, especially alongside many rivers, people turn the lakes into land. Wind power is widely used to produce electricity. 

After World War Ⅱ, people were encouraged to move to other countries by the government. At that time, about 500, 000 people moved out of the country, but it is now still one of the world's most crowded countries. Although the population as a whole is "graying" rapidly, with a large number of people aged over65, Amsterdam has always been one of the liveliest centres of international youth culture. Here, perhaps more than anywhere else in the country, different ways of life are accepted because of the Dutch tradition. 

In history, Holland was a country of sailing and trade because of its advantageous location. To the north and west is the North Sea, to the east is Germany and to the south is Belgium. The climate(气候) of the Netherlands is gentle, with warm winters, cool summers with west winds, and rainfall in every season. 

Natural environment is very well protected. Sea birds fly in large numbers and sea animals live in peace. The most interesting animals are beavers which cut trees with their shining teeth and use the branches to keep their homes safe in the river. 

There are many different kinds of sports in the world. For example, running, swimming, football, basketball, tennis and so on. Sports can make people strong and healthy. People also enjoy watching sports games. 

In different countries, people like different sports. In China, table tennis is very popular. Many people like to play it. In the USA, basketball is a very popular sport. American people like to play and watch basketball games. In Brazil, football is the most popular sport. People there are crazy about football. They play football everywhere.
