How much do you knowabout space? When we talk about it, we know the universe (mean) the earth, thesun, the moon and the stars in space. Many of the stars are so far away we cannot see them.

Through our geographylessons, we know the earth goes the sun, and the moon goes aroundthe earth. We have day and night because the earth keeps (move) all the time. Justbecause the moon is closer to the earth than the sun, it looks much (big) than the sun. Thesun is bright enough (give) out very strong light. The moon can't give out any light at all, but itlooks quite bright, too. Why? In fact, the light from the moon comes from thesun.

There are still manyother planets in the universe. But all these planets, there are (live)things only on the earth. People on the earth have studied thespace all the time. They've sent many spaceships into the space many times. November 3rd and 15th,2011, Chinese scientists let Shenzhou VI successfully dock with (对接) the Tiangong 1 twice. This is one of the (great) events(大事件)in the history of China's space study.

Most teens need more than 9 hours of sleep each night. But about 1 in 4 teens has trouble in sleeping. Lack of sleep can affect everything from our feelings to how well we focus on tasks like studying. It can also influence sports performance, increase our chances of getting sick, and may lead to weight gain in some people.

How can we get the sleep we need? Here are some ideas:

Be active during the day. Get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity can decrease stress and help people feel more relaxed. Just don't work too close to bedtime because exercise can wake you up before it slows you down.

Say goodnight to electronics. Experts suggest using the bedroom for sleep only. At least shut everything down an hour or more before lights out.

Keep a sleep routine. Going to bed at the same time every night helps the body expect sleep. Creating a bedtime routine can improve this relaxation effect. Reading, listening to music, spending time with a pet, writing a diary or doing anything else can relax you.

Expect a good night's sleep. Instead of worrying that you won't sleep, remind yourself that you can. Say "Tonight, I will sleep well." several times during the day. It can also help to practise breathing exercises or gentle exercises before bed.

Everyone has a sleepless night once in a while. But if you regularly have trouble in sleeping and you think it's affecting your mood or performance, talk to your doctor.

What if you don't know how to study well? The Feynman Technique might help you. It's a study method that helps students learn by teaching others.

The Feynman Technique has been one of the best study methods for years. For one thing, it helps students really understand something instead of just memorizing information. Different from traditional study methods like re-reading textbooks or reviewing notes, it gets students to be more active in the learning process.

If you want to use the Feynman Technique to study better, follow these steps.

To begin with, choose a topic you want to learn. If not, you'll end up jumping between the topics without developing a deeper understanding of any of them.

The second step is the heart of the Feynman Technique: explaining the topic simply enough to be understood by a sixth-grade student. This requires you to help the child understand by using the simplest and clearest language. This step helps divide indigestible topics into their most basic parts.

Next, review your explanation and try to find any area where you felt that you couldn't explain the topic simply. When possible, it can be very helpful to get advice from someone whose understanding is similar to that of a sixth-grader.

The fourth step is to improve your explanation using the information collected from the third step.

Finally, repeat the steps. The Feynman Technique works best with repetition, and that is why going through all the prior (先前的) steps just once is usually not enough to fully understand the topic.

Once you're confident you have learned the topic, it's time to give yourself a prize

Oil paper umbrellas have a history of over 1000 years in China. Yuhang in Hangzhou i s known for making oil paper umbrellas for over 230 years. Umbrellas here take more than 70 steps to make. And it takes at least a week to make one. In 2007, this kind of umbrella was added to Zhejiang Province's Intangible Cultural Heritage List.

Oil paper umbrellas used to be seen everywhere here. However, as steel-ribbed( 钢 骨的 )umbrellas appeared, the oil paper umbrellas became less used in daily life. Instead, they turned into decorative(装饰性的) artworks.

To bring the art to life, some umbrella-making masters in Yuhang have improved oil paper umbrellas. As the traditional paper is easy to break, they use a thicker paper. So the umbrellas can be opened and closed 1, 000 times without breaking. And a lighter kind of bamboo is used to make ribs. So, the umbrellas weigh less. This kind of umbrellas has won the hearts of many young people.
