Excellent English food at the Country House

    Last Saturday night，my family and I ate at the Country House．

    The Country House serves traditional English food，we paid about 15 to 20 pounds a person to eat there．

    The food was wonderful．The fish pie reminded me of my grandma．She used to cook it for me．I also had some fish and chips，and it was fantastic．

    The waiters were polite，but a little slow．We were seated at 7 p．m．，but we did not receive our food until 7：40 p．m．

    I would certainly recommend the Country House for good，traditional English food．However，you should get there early and be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for your food．

    When you are feeling unhappy or forget how great you are, these are six ways to make you feel good about yourself.

    Look in the mirror(照镜子) and say to yourself, "I am a special person and there's no one in the world like me. I can do anything!" {#blank#}1{#/blank#}

He eats vegetables and fruits every day. He thinks they are good for his health. He sleeps nine hours a night. He never stays up late. He also likes reading book. He reads for at least half an hour a day. Because it is good for his mind. But he never drinks milk, because he doesn't like milk. As for junk food. He hardly ever eats it. He likes watching TV, but not often. Maybe two or three times a week. He uses the Internet every day. He only use it for school work .So he thinks he has a healthy lifestyle.

    I get up and get dress for school. My school has a uniform-black trousers and shoes, a white shirt and a black and gold tie. The girls wear the same, or they can wear a black skirt.

    I don't live far from the school, so l walk there with my friends. Lots of students take the school or their parents drive them to school.

    Students all study English, maths and science, and we can choose others. My favorites are arts and IT.

    We have 20 minutes for break in the morning and an hour for lunch. Some students bring sandwiches to school for lunch, hut my friends and I often eat in the dinning room.

    Lessons end at 4 o'clock, but on Mondays and Wednesdays I stay at school until 5 o'clock. I go to the Chess Club and Basketball Club. There are lots of clubs and activities at our school.
