Ladiesand gentlemen,
On this beautifulFriday afternoon, every one of us is excited and pleased to be in the schoolgraduation(毕业)ceremony(典礼). It's my great honor to be here for my speech.
As a part of thisyear's class, I remember the fascinating days I have spent with my friends andteachers during the past three years. We worked hard to be ready to graduate, butwe didn't doit alone. We should thank all these following people. Toour parents, thank you for supporting us in more ways than it's possible tocount. You not only made sure we were well fed and clothed for school but alsohelped us with our homework, paid our school fees, and listened to ourcomplaints, You were always there when we were in trouble. To our teachers, thank you for sharing your time, talent and knowledge to us. We know it wasyour job to do it, but you went beyond the call of your duty. You always kept encouragingus whenever we wanted to give up. You t aught us so much about life. To ourschool guards and cleaners, thank you for keeping our school safe and clean.Just because of you all, we could have a comfortable environment to study andlive in. To our headmaster and other school leaders, thank you for Keeping thingsrunning so smoothly.
As you can see, behindall the graduates there are so many great people who supported us a lot. Thebest way we graduates can show our thanks is to work harder for, our nation andsociety in the future.
Thank you.

The two baby monkeys are new to the London Zoo. They are new to the world. And the most surprising thing is: they are only around 3cm, very small. They are the smallest monkeys in the world, called Pygmy Marmoset. They are only 10-15 cm when they grow up. They can be found in the Amazon. They are easy to die (死) in the wild. So it's very exciting to see this kind of monkey babies in the zoo. The Tallest Rideable Bike The tallest rideable (可以骑的) bike is 7. 77meters. It was made by Nicolas Barrioz and David Peyrou. Both of them arc from France. Nicolas made a bet (打赌) with one of his best friends to make the tallest rideable bicycle. The two spent around three months preparing for the bike. And they spent almost two years building it. Nicolas and David are now thinking about building the smallest rideable bicycle. |
