I am very busy on Friday. At 8:00 I have math. It is not fun. The teacher says it is useful, but I think it is difficult. Then at 9:00 I have science. It is difficult but interesting. At 10:00 I have history. After that, I have P. E. at 11:00. It is easy and fun. Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00, and after that we have Chinese. It is my favorite subject. Our Chinese teacher, Mrs. Wang, is great fun. My classes finish at 1:50, but after that I have an art lesson for two hours. It is really relaxing!

You need to put up your tent only in a safe (安全的) place. If you put up your tent in other places, you may meet dangers. Remember to do it for your safety.

Fire may be not safe, so use fire only when you must. Make sure to put the fire out（熄灭) when you don't use it. Don't go away or sleep when the fire is on.

Don't forget to take your phone, and you can take photos of the beautiful trees and flowers. You can see the beautiful natural sights (风景). Later, you will feel relaxed.

Sometimes, we may go to the deep (深的) forest. And it's easy for us to get lost. People often get lost in the forest. It's a good way to take a map with you. Now, we have GPS in our phones. Maps and GPS can help you when you get lost.

"Be yourself. " You may often hear people say this to you, but you' re not really sure what it means. In fact, being yourself means being true to yourself. There's no need for you to try to be someone else and you shouldn't worry about what others think of you. Then, what can you do to be yourself?

 Get to know yourself.To be yourself, though, you have to learn about yourself. You have to learn who you are, what matters to you and what you believe (and don't believe) in. 

 Please(使……高兴) yourself.Doing things to please others is nice, but it shouldn't be your first priority(首要任务). If you always want others pleased, you will forget about yourself and what you really want. So, if you find yourself doing this, ask yourself why. Don't always go along with the crowd(大众), but stop to ask yourself if this is right for you. 

 Learn to love yourself.This is important because nobody can love you as much as you can love yourself. Loving yourself means loving everything in you, your voice, your looks and even your mistakes. Remember, you don't have to be the same as anyone else.
