①You go home from work. You are tired, you want to turn on the TV and watch something fun. Your children want the same. What is better than a cartoon film?

②In fact, many cartoon films draw adults' attention. For example, Anomalisa, a film for adults, has been a success. And there is also the chance that adults will love a kid's film more, for example, The Incredibles. So, what is the reason(原因) behind it?

③First, a lot of cartoon films are really good. Plenty of gifted people join hands in making films like Toy Story and Ice Age. Screenwriters, programmers and musicians are all working together to bring the best result.

④Also, they bring out the memories(回忆) of our childhood. Remember the time when you were a child, and you used to turn on the TV and enjoy cartoons. Well, cartoon films bring out that special feeling.

⑤Cartoon films have well-written roles facing difficult situations. For example, Woody has to deal with the fact that he may not be Andy's favourite toy in Toy Story. Sometimes the stories are even better than those in adult films. So, it's not surprising that adults will love cartoon films.

⑥Moreover, by watching a cartoon film, we forget the boring life and leave our problems behind for the moment. Who would refuse to have his own personal Baymax (from Big Hero 6), a man who shares a hug every time there was sadness? If only our lives could be full of good-natured animals and brave children!

Reporter: Today, we invite May to share her experience of learning Spanish. May, when did you begin to learn Spanish? Why?

May: I started learning Spanish when I was six with the help of my mum. I chose to learn Spanish because I wished to become a doctor in Spain in the future. Learning Spanish allows me to help patients better.

Reporter: Is there anything surprising when you learn Spanish?

May: Yes, of course. At first, I didn't expect Spanish would be easy for me. But then I found there were some similarities (相似处)between English and Spanish. Some words in both languages have the same meaning and pronunciation. Putting those two languages together makes it much easier for me to learn Spanish.

Reporter: What's the best way of learning a language? Can you share it?

: May: The best way is speaking. You don't have to spend hours practising. But speaking some words in Spanish in my life helps me remember things easier and keep the language in mind.

Reporter: Do you have any other advice for those who start to learn a new language?

May: Taking detailed notes is also a great way. I write Spanish with a black pen and English with a red pen. That helps me understand it faster and better.

Mobile phones have become a problem for middle schools.The Education Department of China has announced that schools should ban （禁止） students from carrying mobile phones during school hours.

Mobile phone use among children has become a problem.Several children have got mobile phones from parents and relatives as gifts，and more students will want them.

An expert said mobile phone use was a distraction（分心的事） to students during school hours.Teachers were also saying that sometimes students might use phones to chat or play game in class.Some students could use them to cheat during exams.

The expert said some schools had tried to ban mobile phones.Some parents felt unhappy because they couldn't call up their children.

Many teachers said students should not have mobile phones at school，but if there was a good reason，they could leave their phones at school office.

Many people say that they understand why parents would want their children to have phones，but they think schools should let the students know when they can use theirs mobile phones.

The mobile phone is a double—edged sword（双刃剑）for teenagers.How to solve the problem reasonably？It's well worth considering.

Do you like watching TV or playing computer games? How long do you use your phone a day? We call the time we spend on TV, computers and mobile phones" screen time".

In a study(研究) in Australia, scientists (科学家) ask 577,000 children how much time they spend on screens, schoolwork and sports every day. They find about 68% of them spend more than(超过) two hours on screens.

Two hours of screen time a day is bad for children's health. The study shows harm starts after 75 minutes of screen time for girls and 105 minutes for boys. Why is that? That's because the study shows that boys take more exercise than girls." In our study, 24% of boys spend an hour a day getting exercise, but only 14% of girls do that," Dr Khan said.

So it is important for children to balance(平衡) their time. Tom Hindhaugh has a" three- time" system for his son Patrick. That is a" go time" for schoolwork,a" slow time" to play computer games or talk with friends on the Internet, and a" green time" for getting exercise." We need to get children to do more exercise. They can walk, ride a bike or play football," he said." Anyway, Patrick is very happy and healthy."

China's Tiangong space station can help scientists study space. It is also a place for astronauts to live and work. How much do you know about the lives of astronauts working in the space station?

For astronauts in space, exercise is important. The environment is very different in space. Doing sports helps astronauts stay healthy. How do they exercise? There are good exercise machines in the space station. They make it easy for astronauts to keep healthy. 

There is no gravity, so astronauts can't take showers like us. Is there a bathroom in the space station? How do they keep themselves clean? Tiangong has a special bathroom. Astronaut s can clean themselves with a wet towel (毛巾). 

What do astronauts eat in the space station? There is bread and milk for breakfast. There are also tasty Chinese dishes, like Kung Pao Chicken, fried rice and fried noodles. There is a special "fridge" to store (储存) food. The food stays cool in it. 

What if astronauts miss their families? There is special communication equipment (交流设备) in the space station. Astronauts can have private (私人的)"sky- to- earth" calls with their families. The astronauts often wear a headset (耳机). It not only helps them talk with each other, but also makes it possible for them to talk to the ground from any place. 

 Students all over the world like sports. There are many kinds of sports. Many students like to play them. 

 In China, students like playing ping-pong best. They often play it after class. They like basketball and volleyball, too. But they are busy at school, so they don't often play sports. 

 In the USA, students play sports every day. They often play basketball. But soccer is their favourite sport. They like swimming and running, too. They think sports are great. 

 In the UK,      ▲      . Watching football games on TV is their favorite. They often play sports with their family or friends on Saturdays and Sundays. They like sports very much. 

 Playing sports is good for our health and it can make us happy. Let's do sports!
