Have less screen time
What's screen time? It's time you spend watching TV or using the computer. The more time you spend on these sitting-down activities, the less time you got for sports, like playing basketball and swimming. Try to spend no more than two hours a day on watching TV or using the computer.
Parents can be a big help if you want to be a fit kid. Tell your parents about the rules you want to follow and maybe they can teach you a thing or two.
