    Bill Gates is the most important man in software and computer business.

    Bill Gates was born on October 28th, 1955. He grew up in Seattle, in the United Stated. His father, William, was a lawyer. His mother, Mary, was a teacher.He wrote his first software in high school. When he was a student at Harvard University, he wanted to start his own company. So he left the university.

    In 1975 he began company Microsoft with his friend Paul Allen. After many years of hard work, Bill Gates became a successful person in the world.

    Many parts of the world have four seasons. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In spring, the weather becomes warmer and the days get longer. Plants begin to grow and many animals have babies. Summer is the hottest season. Plants grow fast. In autumn, the weather turns cool. Trees may lose their leaves. Some birds fly to warmer places. Winter is the coldest season. Plants stop growing and many trees are bare(光秃秃的).

    Mr Carter is an Englishman. He's in China now. It was the Mid-Autumn Day (中秋节) last Sunday. Mr Li invited (邀请) Mr Carter to spend the festival with his family.

    Mr Carter was very glad. He had a big dinner in Mr Li's house. After dinner, they sat outside. They watched the moon Mr Carter told Mr Li that he had a good time in China.
