A group of old classmates, who have succeeded in their work, got together to visit their teacher. Their conversation soon turned to complaining(抱怨) about the stress(压力 ) in their work and life. The teacher went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and many cups. Some of the cups are expensive and lovely, but some are cheap and not beautiful.  The teacher told them to help themselves to the coffee.

     When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the teacher said, "Have you noticed all the nice looking expensive cups were taken, leaving behind the cheap ones? It's OK for you lo want only the best for yourselves, but that is why you have the stress in your work and life even if you're very successful now. "

     Tim is a 16-year-old boy who studies in a high school .His parents tell him to study hard and they do everything for him. They wake him up at 6:00 a.m. and after breakfast his father takes him to school by car. As soon as the young man comes home from school, the supper is ready. Of course, he never does chores(杂物). Dian cha is a tea art from the Song Dynasty. The art {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(begin) with pouring water over fine powdered (粉末状的) tea and creating a paste (膏). Then add more hot water and whisk(搅打) it {#blank#}3{#/blank#}hand with a tea whisk (茶笑). It is believed that the art later spread to other {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(part) of East Asia, including Japan. In 2019, it was listed as an intangible cultural heritage of Runzhou district, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province.

Han Zheming, a 42-year-old designer from Shanghai, has been interested in di an cha since he was a child. "My mother loves {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(tradition) culture. And I learn di an cha under {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (she) influence," said Han. Over the past six years, Han has used tea {#blank#}7{#/blank#}spoons to create nearly 200 patterns based on ancient paintings. "The art gives people a much stronger sense of occasion (隆重的气氛), so {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(drink) tea is more fun," Han added.

In fact, creating patterns on the tea foam is not easy. It is quick work. {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(usual), the whole process has to be finished within 10 minutes. One needs at least one {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (year) practice to be able to do it. In order to spread di an cha culture to more people, Han posted(发布) the process of tea — whisking and drawing online, attracting more than 20,000 followers.

I'm Tony.From a young age，I began to love skiing.I have skied since I was eight or nine years old.But once in the USA I was close to death.

It was April 1st，2011.I skied in the Tetons with my friends Jeremy and Xavier.While I was skiing，they were watching me in a safe area，and then covered me.It was so heavy that I couldn't move.And then it pushed me forward again.

I looked down into the bottom of the valley（山谷）. "OK，I'm going all the way to the bottom!" I thought.Then the snow pushed me again down the mountains.I thought the snow would destroy me.But in the end

It took Jeremy and Xavier about 20 minutes to find me.They couldn't believe it when they saw me.I was so lucky.

Tom, Jim and Ted are cousins. They study in the same school. They usually go to see their grandparents on weekends.

Their grandparents have a farm. Last weekend, Tom, Jim and Ted went to the farm to see their grandparents by bike. They met at Tom's home on Saturday morning, and started at 2:00 in the afternoon.

Their grandparents were happy. The next day, Tom, Jim and Ted helped with the farm work in the morning. They kept the chickens and then they watered the vegetables. At noon, their grandmother cooked fish and many vegetables for them. She cooked well. In the afternoon, their grandfather helped them to fly kites. Their kites flew high. What an interesting country life! They all had a wonderful weekend.
