         With the development of people's living condition, more and morepeople possess their own cars. Some of us think it is good to own a car. Forinstance, it's convenient, fast and comfortable means of transportation. Moreover, it shows that people are becoming richer and the country is much morestronger. It also made relative businesses and industries develop faster.

       However, others have different opinions, thinking that cars giveup waste gases and pollute the environment around. Too much cars will have somebad effects, such as more accidents and crowdedness. Besides, lack parking lotsis another big problem.

As far as I'm concerned, we ought to think careful before buyingcars. As if we have cars, we may use it less.

    Today is Sunday. I've been in Canada for two months. This is the first time that I've been away my family for such a long time. With the help of Katia, a roommate of me, I've soon got used to live without my parents around. Katia, like many other Russian girls, are nice and lively. We became friends shortly after we meet each other. Although her English is a little hardly to understand, we enjoy chatting and we usually talk a lot about our own family. We're both surprised that Chinese culture or Russian culture are so different. Now we are planning a small party for the next Sunday. There, Katia will introduce me to some of her friends, one of who has been to China several times. I just can't wait.

    Mine own experience can serve as a case in point. When I was in Senior One, I become a member of our drama club, that I used to visit on weekends. Since my participation in various activities organizing by the club, I achieved a lot.

    I once paid a brief visit China ten years ago and it was my dream to return someday. Travel the length of the country felt like a dream then. However, in 2017 it finally came truly. Not for a few weeks' adventure, and to live and work for a year. It was an unique opportunity to experience many about the mysterious country. I would communicate with people from different backgrounds and have lots of funs. I was warmly welcomed the moment when I arrived at the college. I thought, "I am going to enjoy this." It really go like this. Indeed, my students often ask, "Bruce, why are we always smiling?" What else could I say?

I've always been dreaming of visiting Chicago. Last summer I took trip there on my own, what got me thinking about the advantages of travelling alone. Something that I noticed immediately was the fact that I had the free to do what I wanted. After all, I don't have to consider another person's interests. While in Chicago, I got involving in a couple of workshops. During these workshops, we got the chance to talk with the local people. Days late, I went to the theatre alone and found myself having a conversation about travel with the lady sit beside me. To be honest, these conversations wouldn't have been happened if I had travelled without a friend.
