    I felt sadly yesterday when our teacher told us something about Project Hope. It has set up to help the children in the countryside which can't afford to go to school. After school I went home. I was wondering if I could do something for the Project then I caught a sight of my money-collecting box on the table. Then I made up my minds to send my pocket money which I had saved for nearly one year for the children who want to go to school. I wrote a letter to him and hurried to the post office. Together with a letter I posted the money and send my best wishes to them.

    My friend Mike have benefited greatly from humor. He is kind but overweight, that brings him a lot of problems. Once one of my classmates laughed him,“ Why are you so fat?” We all stopped to stare at Mike, wonder how he would answer the question. She just said in a calm voice, “Well, because of my size must be large enough to hold my large heart of love.” Hearing his word, we all burst into laughter. Not only does Mike take the joke, but he also managed to cope with the embarrassed situation. What a important part humor plays in our daily life!

    I was pleased to hear from you and I am written to tell you something about the changes in my school.

    You are right. Great changes have been taken place in my school. It is not longer what it used to be three years ago, when there were only one teaching building and a playground. I am happy to tell you two new buildings had been built and are on use. One of them is a new classroom building, in it there are rooms for music, arts and computer teaching.     I often went for a morning walk because the nature is at her best in the morning. The best place I like to go is the park where is not far away my house. In the morning, I can breathe the fresh air, hear the birds singing, but enjoy the beautiful sunshine. For the whole day, I will feel happier and more relaxing. My morning walk protect me from illnesses and improves my healthy. In my opinion, the morning walk is too healthy that I can't love them more.

    My son and I went to the cafe this morning. I order a cup of nice coffee and a cake. And I bought to my son a cup of hot milk. My son soon started a conversation to a man sitting next to us. I was very surprising because he was not real outgoing. After the man left, I asked my son when he talked with that man. My son said, “He looked lonely, and I wanted make him feel a little better.” After hear what he said, I was very proud of her at that moment.

    Last term, I went to America for a student exchange programme. Before go, I was quite proud in my English. But everyone in America spoke so fast that I couldn't make out that what they were saying. Being in completely different culture was frightened and I even wanted to go straight back home.

    However, thing soon got better and better. The host family was very king. Fortunately, the boy that I stay with was crazy about football, that made my stay enjoyable. Beside, being an exchange student offered me a chance improve my English.
