Chopsticks are a pair of small equal-length sticks, usually made of wood, used for eating Asian food. Chopsticks are mainly used in China. And it is believed that the first chopsticks were developed in China. Chopsticks play an important role in Chinese food culture. Chinese chopsticks are usually 9 to 10 inches long. They are round on the eating end which means heaven (天), and the other end is square which means earth. The appearance of chopsticks said goodbye to those days when our Chinese ancestors(祖先)had to use their hands to eat.      

Besides, the use of chopsticks has also been a part of Chinese food culture. There are some taboos that you must pay great attention to when you use chopsticks. Firstly, don't use them to hit your bowl or plate. Secondly, never use them to point at others. Thirdly, don't put them in different food without taking something. Fourthly, don't cross the chopsticks on the table. And lastly, don't leave your chopsticks standing in the rice. Chinese people do this only when they honor (尊重) the dead.

Nowadays, chopsticks have many new usages. For example, you can buy a pair as a gift to your friends and relatives. In Chinese, it reads "筷子", which means having sons soon, so a newly-married couple will be very happy to accept it as their wedding gift.

By drawing pictures on a cup of tea, chabaixi, an ancient Chinese tea art, has become popular recently. Chang Zhifeng, an inheritor（传承人） of chabaixi, noticed from a TV show that many people showed great interest in this art. 

Chabaixi can create different pictures such as bum boos and mountains. There are many steps, from grinding（磨碎） tea, pouring boil cd water, stirring（搅拌） the mixture, to finally drawing the pictures. After seven times of pouring water and stirring, there will be enough dark foam（泡沫）. Then we can draw pictures on it with clear water and a stick. The process of drawing, or dlancha, must be finished in 20 minutes before the foam disappears. 

"Chabaixi is one of the many forms of tea art in China. It becomes popular not only because it is a special Chinese tradition, but also because it gives us a window to see people's lifestyle in the Song Dynasty." Zhang said. 

Years ago, this special art was close to disappearing completely. Zhang Zhifeng started researching the origins（起源） of chabaixi in the 1980 s and brought the art back in 2009 after scars of sting and practicing. Chang thought it was really meaningful. In 2017, this art was listed as part of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage （非物质文化遗产）. 

"This art is key to the tea culture of the Song Dynasty, and it would be a shame to let it disappear. It is our duty to pass it on," Zhang said. 

China's Project Hope has s{#blank#}1{#/blank#} over 4 million poor students since it was set up years ago. Until today, the project has raised more than 10 billion yuan of d{#blank#}2{#/blank#} from many people. The money has b{#blank#}3{#/blank#} used in building more than eighteen t{#blank#}4{#/blank#} Project Hope primary schools. Over 4 million children can go to these schools. Project Hope knows that these children won't have a bright f{#blank#}5{#/blank#}if they get no education. Most of the primary schools and students helped by the project are in China's central and w{#blank#}6{#/blank#} areas which are less developed. Project Hope has helped build learning centres, libraries and training centres. It also helps t{#blank#}7{#/blank#} school teachers from rural(乡村的) areas. Project Hope has been the largest and most influential（有影响力的）welfare（福利）project of China. Though it has done a lot for them, there are still millions of students who are too p{#blank#}8{#/blank#} to receive education. More action should be taken to h{#blank#}9{#/blank#} them. Project Hope needs more people's help and we can support its work by s{#blank#}10{#/blank#} donations.

I remember my first Cubs（小熊队） game.My1 came to take me to watch it.

It was a Saturday.When we got there，it was 2 with many people.We had seats far back.But I could see 3 .I saw the whole field.It was much better than watching it on TV.

If you don't like your school, the first thing is to know why. You may not like your teachers. You may not have many friends at school. You may have problems with your subject s or homework

But what can you do with it? You can make some new friends. Going to school can be very interesting if you have many friends at school. You can make friends after school or when doing sports, then you can talk with them and do the same thing with them. You can also make school easy. If you don't like your teachers, you can talk with them. If you think your subjects are boring and difficult, you can ask others for help.

School is not a prison (监狱). You can learn to make your school life easy and interesting.
