Everyone wants to have healthy teeth. When you can't help laughing, you will open your mouth and show your teeth. The healthier your teeth are, the happier you will feel. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(没有一人;没有一个) of us wants to appear untidy. I can't even {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(想象;设想) what life will be like without teeth. Luckily, there are many dentists who can help you.

Now a {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(工程;项目) called Show Your Teeth was set up by a {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(群;组) of young people. They have {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(邀请) some famous dentists to give speeches. These dentists are always providing people lots of good advice. First, brush your teeth {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(两次) a day, after getting up and before bedtime. Be sure your toothbrush is {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(柔软的). They advise you to check your teeth, {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(可能;也许)three times a year to see if they are in excellent {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(状况). Also, it's usually a good idea to say goodbye to sweet things in your {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(每天的) life. We expect that you will follow these steps and protect your own teeth.

The British Museum is the biggest one in the world. It was built nearly 300 years ago by a doctor, Sir Hans Sloane. The man liked to collect things such as books, drawings, clothes and so on. He also hoped that his children and grandchildren kept his things well and so people would visit them after his death. His wish came true, and the museum opened in 1759, six years after Sir Hans Sloane died. Later, more antiques (古董) arrived at the museum and more people wanted to visit it. 

The museum had a famous round Reading Room. There was something unusual in the room. Cool air came up through small holes in the tables. Hot air flowing under the floor kept readers' feet warm. Since its opening, many famous people wrote and studied there. 

It is open every day of the yea,r except two holidays (New Year's Day and Christmas). Entrance (入场) is free. There are lots of special exhibitions and every day there are different films and talks, some of them for children. Small machines tell you about the museum as you walk around it. 

So if you are one of the British Museum's two million tourists this year, don't try to see it all too quickly. There is a lifetime of looking in the British Museum.

Nowadays, it's very usual for people {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(order) takeout, but did people eat takeout in ancient times?

Maybe you don't think so. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} fact, there was take out in the Song Dynasty (960 – 1279).  According to history books,  Emperor Xiaozong (1127–1194) liked ordering takeout late at night. His servants{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(go) out to pick up the dishes and bring them back to the palace.

Common people also ordered takeout. The owners of restaurants got their waiters to go out into the streets and ask loudly which dishes could {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(send) that day. People could then place an order. Delivery(快递)  {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(work) would bring food to their homes later. In the famous Song Dynasty painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival(《清明上河图》).  {#blank#}6{#/blank#}takeout worker is doing delivery work.  We can easily see the man {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(walk) with food in his hand in a hurry.

People at that time even had boxes for takeout dishes. {#blank#}8{#/blank#} they weren't like normal boxes. They were long{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(wood) boxes with several layers(层).  People also used plates made of two layers of porcelain(瓷). Hot water could be put between the first layer and the{#blank#}10{#/blank#}(two). In this way, they could keep the dishes warm.

It's not a good habit to eat when you are watching TV. You may put too much into your mouth. It will make you fat and is not good for your health. If you have the habit and would like to give it up, here are some tips to help you. 

Eat at the kitchen table

It's fine to have a snack while watching TV, but take a break and move over to the table to have your snack, and then come back to the TV. 

Set limits(限制)

It can be helpful to think ahead and set limits. Try to eat just one cup of popcorn (not the whole bag) and only watch one or two episodes(剧集) of your show. 

Choose wisely

If you want to eat snacks in the evening hours, choose something that's not sugary or caffeinated (含咖啡因的). 

Give your hands something to do

Find an activity that will keep your hands busy while you're watching TV, like cleaning the house or doing exercise. 

Invite a friend

Sometimes watching TV with other people can be helpful because we don't eat that much when we're with someone else. 

China's space industry comes a long way these years.  As a Chinese citizen, I am very proud of this.  China makes great progress (进步) in exploring space, satellite technology, and manned missions (载人任务).  Now China becomes an important player in the space field. 

One of the most important achievements of China's space programme is the landing of the Chang'e-4.  It landed on the far side of the Moon.  This is a great moment for China and the world.  The mission has a spaceship.  It can explore the Moon's surface and sent back a lot of useful and important information and photos.  They help scientists better understand the Moon. 

China has finished a number of manned missions, including the Shenzhou spaceship.  It carries Chinese astronauts into space.  These missions help to develop China's space technology.  And they encourage young people to be scientists and engineers in the future. 

China develops a satellite programme too.  China has sent up a number of satellites for communication and navigation (导航).  People use these satellites in many ways.  We look forward to seeing the future of China's space programme.
