Hi! My name is Bart Simpson and I'm ten years old. I live in a1 with my parents. It's far from the city (城市) center and there are not many people living here.

Every day, I get up early in the morning.2 a quick breakfast, I walk to school. Classes start (开始) at 8:00 and3 at 3:30. 

When I get home in the afternoon, I take a shower first. Then I do my homework and have dinner. After that, I meet friends. I have some good friends but Mike is my4 friend. We always have fun. Mike has a black bike and I have a blue one. We like 5 them everywhere. At ten o'clock, I go to bed.

Do you know what is the smallest bird in the world? The answer is" The hummingbird (蜂鸟)". How small is it ? Even the largest one in western South America is only about 20cm long. Its body weigh about 20g. The smallest hummingbird is the bee hummingbird. It lives in Cuba. It is about 

5.5cm long and weighs about 2g. They are the smallest living birds. The funny thing is that people often mistake them for bees.

Although hummingbirds are small, they have strong bodies. They are good at flying as well. One more interesting thing fact is that the humming bird is the world's smallest dinosaur(恐龙)." Birds are just one lineage(家系) of dinosaurs that happened to live to present. Julia Clark, a scientist at North Carolina State University, told Live Science.

The school day begins at 8:45. Class teachers meet the class and check who is present(出席) and absent（缺席） at the beginning of the day. We have a school meeting once a week on Fridays. The head teacher speaks to the whole school. Morning lessons begin at 9:05. There are three one-hour lessons and a fifteen-minute break between every two lessons.The lunch break is from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm.Afternoon lessons begin at 1:50 and the school day finishes at 4:00 pm.

All students study and take exams in maths,science and English.In addition, they choose one subject from history,geography, art, Design and Technology, French and Spanish. All students take PHSE(Personal Health and Safety Education)lessons but no exams are offered.

After school sports practice, matches are arranged（安排） on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning. Chess, music, language and theatre clubs also arrange meetings after school. Students may join as many clubs as they like, but should join at least（至少） one.

The school has a good record in sports. Last year we were champions (冠军)in football and tennis,and individual students won prizes for swimming and gymnastics.

I walked into the Huddle House Restaurant in Brunswick, Georgia and sat down at the table. I picked up the menu and was to order something for breakfast.

"Excuse me,"

I looked up and 1 a nice-looking woman standing before me.

"Is your name Roger?"2 asked.

"Yes," I answered, feeling rather surprised as I had never seen her before.

"My name' s Barbara and my 3 is Tony," She said, pointing to a middle-aged man sitting alone at the table by the window. He was 4 and weak.

"Tony White, from Landon School in Jacksonville, Florida," she added.

I looked at that man for a few seconds 5 I didn't know him.

"I'm really sorry. The name doesn't ring the bell," I said.

 She walked back, began 6 with her husband and once in a while I saw her turn around and look at me.

I ordered breakfast and a cup of 7 , sitting there, trying to remember who this   Tony was. "I 8 know him, "I thought to myself. "He knows me for some-reason." I picked up the coffee cup. All of a sudden(突然), it came to me like a flash af lightning.(一道闪电)

"Tony, the bully(霸凌者), the bad boy!" I could 9 believe (相信) my eyes. "My God! He's so thin now. Not the big boy that I 10 from back in 1997."

 Everything came up to my mind. The time this 11 boy had made fun of my big ears in front of the girls in my class, and the time this big bully had pushed.(推) The against the walls in the hallway just to make himself 12 a big man to all other students.

"I am sorry, Roger," Tony rolled by me in the wheelchair (轮椅), being pushed by his wife, raising his thin, shaking hand. "I am so sorry for 13 that I did to you."

"I'm... I'm er..." I didn't know 14 to say to him.

 After a few months, I got a letter from Barbara. Tony was 15 . Tony had been a fireman and had been seriously wounded(受伤) in a task.

 How I regretted(后悔) for not saying something to him but I no longer had the chance!
