When people talk about sports, many think of basketball or swimming. Did you know that arm-wrestling (扳手腕) is also a popular sport around the world? Many countries have competitions (比赛) for the sport and lots of people are good at it. One of the 1 arm-wrestlers is a 54-year-old British grandfather.
Mark Waldon's journey in arm-wrestling began three years ago. He got sick and had to stay in bed 2 a long time. That was when he started watching this sport on the Internet and became really 3 in it. When he got better, he joined a club in his town and he felt welcome there.
