Hi! This is my first post (帖子). I'm Mary. I'm fourteen and I live in New York. I have two brothers. Mark is twelve and Stephen is sixteen. My father is a teacher, but not at my school. My mother is from Canada and she works in New York. She's a photographer (摄影师). 

I have a grandfather and grandmother in New York and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins here, too. My mother's family are in Canada—her parents and her brother and sister. So I have family there, too.

Our house isn't big, but I have my own small bedroom. I have photos and posters (海报) in my room and I have a desk for my computer and two chairs, and a bed. Mark and Stephen's bedroom is big with two beds and a TV. They have a bookcase for their books and DVDs. 

We also have a cat called Smokey. She's six months old and she sleeps too much. Well, that's it for today. Please write down your comments (评论) and questions. 

Feeling "worried" can describe lots of different feelings from being tired or sad to being frustrated, nervous or a bit sick.

You might be worried about something in particular, like a test, or you might not know why you feel worried, which is normal and okay too.

Ways to stop feeling worried

When you are feeling worried, you may begin to lack confidence and start feeling that you're not good enough.

This is normal. The best thing to do is to stop, take a deep breath and focus on all the things you are good at or talented in, however small they may seem.

Positive thoughts will help you feel better in yourself.

Other ways to stop yourself from feeling worried include:

★Doing a different activity

★Getting some exercise

★Eating some healthy food

These will help you feel fit and strong.

Sometimes the best solution is to relax —find a comfortable chair to sit on or have a lie-down(小睡), slow down your breathing and relax.

ChatGPT is a new clever robot. It can understand languages and talk to people, too. When you talk with ChatGPT, it can answer different kinds of questions, such as questions about history and science. It's so clever that it can reuse your questions !

 In different situations (情况), ChatGPT can be serious or funny. For example, if you say, " Tell me a lie, " ChatGPT might say, " The sky is green. " Then, if you say, " That's not a good lie. Tell me more lies, " ChatGPT might say, " In fact, I am a human. "

ChatGPT can also write passages and stories. Maybe one day, it could even work as an engineer. But some scientists think that ChatGPT might not always be a good thing. For example, a lot of American college students do homework with the help of ChatGPT. Elon Musk, the person behind it, says "ChatGPT is strong but also a little dangerous. " So we must use ChatGPT carefully. 

We are all busy talking about and using the Internet, but do we know the history of the Internet?

 Many people are surprised when they find that the Internet appeared in the 1960s. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} And the net among computers didn't work well. If one computer in the net broke down, then the whole net stopped. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Inshould be good enough to be used by many different computers.

{#blank#}3{#/blank#} But, in the early 1970s, universities, hospitals and banks were allowed to use it, too. However, computers were still very expensive and the Internet was difficult to use. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Scientists had also developed software that made" surfing" the Internet more convenient.

Today it is easy to get online and millions of people use the Internet to chat with each other every day. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} The Internet has now become one of the most important parts of people's life.
