Claire, America Sometimes something good comes out of a bad thing. Last month,I took a photo of an amazing sunset over a lake when hiking in a park. Then I decided to send it to my brother Charley. Anyway, I dropped my phone in the water. OMG! I lost all my photos and my phone. Well, luckily, Charley sent my sunset photo to the TV station. Today, they chose it for Photo of the Month, and I won a new camera. Maybe every cloud has a silver lining! |
Sue, Canada Ten years ago, my car broke down on my way to school. I didn't have enough money to fix it, so that term I had to get up at 5:00 a. m. every day to take the bus. One cold, wet morning, I felt really tired. But this guy started talking to me on the bus, and he really made me laugh! I also found that we studied at the same school.
