Children all around the world love Lego bricks(乐高积木). With those bricks, they can make anything they want. Lego bricks are a great toy(玩具) to play with. Now, for the first time, Lego makes Braille Bricks in English and French, making them a useful toy for blind(失明的) children. 

Lego Braille Bricks have dots (小圆点) on them. The dots are Braille. By feeling (感受) them, blind children can read words and numbers. They can also learn Braille when playing with the bricks. It makes learning easy and fun. 

Olivia is a blind girl, and she learns Braille when playing with the Lego bricks at her school. She loves to play with them and learn Braille at the same time. Her mother also plays with her at home and now she also knows Braille. 

Reece, a little boy, uses the Lego bricks to teach his family Braille. Now, his mother and sister know Braille as well. He says, "I feel so good. Because my loved ones learn something new and I am their teacher. So cool!"

There are many ways to manage (管理) time. A clock plays an important role in time management. It can help us make our goals (目标) come true. We can use it in many parts of our life and it helps us say no to wasting time. The following ways can help us get started.

Learn about the meaning of 30 seconds. For example, if your house is very dirty, think about this. Failing to (未能做) hang up a coat and keep a desk or room tidy happens when we leave out (忽略) the quick housework. We can play a game to see if we can build a clean and comfortable environment in 30 seconds.

If possible, exercise at a certain time. For example, exercise at 7:00 a.m. and have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. every day. Also, we can ride a bike, run slowly or go for a quick 15-minute walk twice a day. The 15 minutes seems like a short time, but if we keep at it, it can make a difference to our health.

Go to bed and wake up on time. This is the most important way and it makes us full of energy (能量). It also makes us healthy and benefits our study and work.

Pairing every goal in life with a clock makes it easier to come true. We should learn to manage time and make full use of every minute.

Blue is a very common color in our lives-the sky, the sea and even face masks are often blue. But this color is not frequently(经常) seen in plants. Why is that?

A. Because blue plants would blend in(融合) with the sky and sea. 

B. Because animals prefer to eat blue plants.

There is no true blue pigment(色素)in nature. When light hits an object(物体), the object absorbs(吸收)some colors and reflects(反射)others. For example, plants look green because they reflect green light and absorb other colors. Blue light offers more energy than other colors. However, if a plant has blue leaves, according to scientists from the University at Adelaide in Australia, it must absorb(吸收) very small amounts of energy while reflecting high-energy blue light. This is not a good strategy(策略) for growth. 

Less than 10 percent of plants are blue. Plants make blue flowers by mixing pigments. For example, anthocyanins(花青素)can turn into a blue-likes color with a certain amount of acidity(酸度). Plants may make use of this unique color to attract pollinators(传粉者), such as bees.
