Astronauts living in space have the same hygiene(卫生) needs as people do on the earth. When they wake up, they wash their hair, brush their teeth and go to the bathroom as well. However, because of microgravity(微重力), astronauts have to use a kind of special matter to wash their hair and use leg restraints(安全装置) to place themselves when they use the toilet.

Astronauts eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some food can be eaten in the natural form such as fruit. Other food needs water such as noodles. There are no fridges in space, so space food must be stored and prepared correctly and they won't go bad.

Besides morning routine (常规) and eating in space, astronauts perform many tasks, such as checking the machines and updating(更新)computer equipment. At the same time, the control centre on the earth sends messages to the astronauts through voice or email with new instructions to help them with their daily work.

What's more, living in space is not just all work and no play. They can enjoy themselves by looking out of the window, watching movies, reading books, playing cards and talking to their families during their free time.

Every year，on January 5th，the city of Harbin in northeast China changes into a winter wonderland. Tourists from all around the world come to visit {#blank#}1{#/blank#} wonderful ice and snow festival.

Mike loved watching comedies and hoped to become {#blank#}1{#/blank#} comedy actor one day. When he heard about the talent show to be held at his school, he expected to take part in it.

The men's Rugby World Cup 2023（橄榄球世界杯赛） starts on September 8th in France. The first game is between France and New Zealand. France may feel a little scared（害怕的）. New Zealand is a small country，but it has the best rugby team in the world!

Sione Mulipola，36，is a rugby player and coach（教练） from New Zealand. Rugby is very important there because it's the national （国家的） sport. "People start playing from a young age，just like I did，" he said. 

Rugby is different from other sports，like soccer. You need to tackle（抱摔）people. "As a coach，I see many players feel scared about getting hurt，but we teach them the rules and the right ways to tackle，"said Mulipola. 

A good rugby player can run fast and has a strong body. "They also need to think quickly. This makes the game so exciting to watch and play，"said Mulipola. It is said more than 100，000，000 people will watch the Rugby World Cup 2023. 

 Jack was a trouble boy. He would talk in a1 voice during school and make jokes about others.

 Once, when Miss Green paired me up with him for the new research, I2 it at once. But Miss Green asked me to give it a try. So , today I had to do the research with Jack.

"Alice, the 3 !" shouted Mom in the kitchen. I didn't want to open the door at all, but...

"Welcome, Jack. Come on in," I opened the door and said.
