On the stage of America's Got Talent, 11-year-old Tyler Butler Figueroa played the violin well Also, he touched many people's hearts {#blank#}1{#/blank#} his story Tyler comes from North Carolina {#blank#}2{#/blank#} the age of four, he had a health problem and started to lose hair He felt sad The feeling got even {#blank#}3{#/blank#}when his classmates laughed at his look And they stayed away from him. One day, Tyler saw a flyer(小传单) for free after-school violin lessons at school He knew he was not {#blank#}4{#/blank#} in music, but he decided to learn to play the violin "I practiced {#blank#}5{#/blank#} in my room every day," he said " If I play the violin every day, I {#blank#}6{#/blank#}forget the bad things " Tyler's mother said the violin made him {#blank#}7{#/blank#} again and she felt like she had her son back Tyler stood strong, {#blank#}8{#/blank#} he had to face those bad things He {#blank#}9{#/blank#}a book He wanted to share his story with other kids like  {#blank#}10{#/blank#}and told them to be strong 

When my friend suggested that we join the new Tai Chi (太极拳) Club, I thought he was 1 . I always believed tai chi was for old people. However, after the first class, I 2 that I was wrong. It was amazing. Tai chi led to a big 3 both in my body and mind.

I still remember my first few tai chi classes. The basic skill I learned was keeping a balance (平衡). An action was called "golden rooster (公鸡) standing on one leg". Following the instructions, I tried to 4 on one leg. It seemed that it was not a hard one, but I still 5 many times. Soon, I felt bored and 6 from practicing over and over again. I started to 7 myself. Maybe I was really 8 in this kind of exercise. Just then, my coach taught me how to relax myself. Step by step, I made 9 . Later, I was able to do more difficult actions and feel peace of mind as well. My love for tai chi became 10 . I even wanted to look into the ancient Chinese culture behind tai chi.

I discovered tai chi is deeply from Chinese yin and yang. The practice of it helps to keep a balance through 11 : left and right, up and 12 , breathing in and breathing out... Finally, tai chi brings about a state of body balance and 13 peace.

Now I can honestly say it helps me become much 14 . I sleep better at night, and I am more active during the day. More importantly, practicing tai chi has made me better 15 the Chinese culture. I am sure I will continue to practice tai chi and enjoy the advantages it has brought me.

In the final of the men's 100m freestyle at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Chinese athlete Pan Zhanle achieved an unbelievable time of 46.40 seconds, breaking the world record and {#blank#}1{#/blank#}( success) winning the gold medal. This is the {#blank#}2{#/blank#}( nine) gold medal for the Chinese delegation(代表团) {#blank#}3{#/blank#} this Olympics. It's also the first time that a Chinese athlete has won {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Olympic championship(冠军) in the men's 100m freestyle event.

Last Sunday evening, my parents went shopping with my sister. But I studied alone at home because I would have an English test. Suddenly, I saw bright light in my neighbour（邻居）'s kitchen. I thought he was cooking so I went on studying. 

Soon, there was a terrible smell in the air and I thought something was wrong. I went out and saw fire coming out of my neighbour's kitchen. So I shouted "Fire! Fire!" But no one heard or came out. 

I ran quickly into my house to call 119, and then I rang my neighbour's doorbell and knocked at the door, but still there was no answer. I got into the house through the window and found my neighbour sleeping in his bedroom. I woke him up and we rushed out of the house together immediately. 

We tried our best to pour（泼）water through the kitchen window, but the fire was too big. Luckily, the firemen came and put out the fire quickly. When my parents came back, they found I was dirty and tired. After my neighbour told them the whole story, they were happy and said I was a brave（勇敢的）boy.
