 The red panda is a cute and interesting animal. It is small and has reddish- brown fur(皮毛). The red panda lives in the mountain s of China. It likes to climb trees and is very good at it. It has a big tail and the tail helps to keep balanced (平衡的) when it climbs.

 The red panda eats bamboo, just like the black and white panda. It also eats fruits and eggs. It has sharp teeth to help it catch its food. The red panda goes out at night and sleeps during the day. It is a solitary animal and it does not like to be around other red pandas.

 Sadly, the red panda is in danger(濒危) now. The red pandas lose their homes and sometimes can't find food because people cut down trees for farming. Also, many people kill(杀) red pandas for their beautiful fur.

 The red panda is a special and beautiful animal. We all should try our best to help them.

At a restaurant in Qingdao, meals are cooked by robotic chefs(机器人厨师).Customers can watch how the food {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (cook) by chefs in the kitchen, so they feel safe and certain about the food they eat.

{#blank#}2{#/blank#} it takes a robot only 10 minutes to cook a dish, the colors and tastes of the dishes are almost the same as those cooked by human chefs.

Such robotic kitchens work better in{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (cut) food waste, Research shows that about 50% of vegetables are wasted during the preparation of dishes. To improve this situation, the vegetables will be sent to {#blank#}4{#/blank#} factory to be washed and then arrive at the restaurant ready for cooking. Because {#blank#}5{#/blank#}this whole process, there will be little food waste produced. Besides, the restaurant will collect the unused or uneaten vegetables and feed{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (they) to animals. The kitchen waste is {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (great) cut in this way.

The rise of the robotic restaurants shows that some restaurants are now paying more attention to the{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (safe) and freshness of food, They meet {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (people ) needs for safe and healthy food.

The robotic kitchens are challenging the, {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (tradition) restaurant industry. Is the robotic kitchen the future of restaurants? Time will tell.

The oil-paper umbrella has a history of over 100 years in China. It used to be a tool for daily use. 

There are different {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (story) about the origin of the umbrella in China. The most popular one is related to Lu Ban. It is said that once he and his younger sister visited the West Lake. It started raining suddenly. The sister said, "Let's have a competition. Before sunrise tomorrow, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} one who comes up with a way for people to visit the West Lake on rainy days will be the {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (win)." Lu Ban thought it was easy. He collected tools and materials and spent the whole night {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (build) pavilions (凉亭) around the lake. He was quite confident about his efforts. 

The next morning, when Lu Ban was talking proudly about his achievements, his sister held something {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (usual) in her hand. Lu Ban was surprised. He found that the object {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (make) of silk and bamboo could be opened and closed {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (easy). It was light, beautiful and easy to carry. Lu Ban said "You win. Your 'pavilion' can protect us {#blank#}8{#/blank#} rain." And the umbrella was invented. 

Later, when paper was invented, people used much {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (cheap) paper to replace silk, cutting the cost of umbrellas. To make the umbrella waterproof, people brushed tung oil (桐油) across the surface. That was {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the oil-paper umbrella was invented.
