Last week, our school held a "Green School Project". In order to reply to the call, our class did something meaningful as a team. Some of us wrote down the whole plan. For large projects, divide the work into smaller tasks. Team members can choose tasks they do well in or enjoy. Other people might be good at writing or making reports. Of course, you shouldn't always do the same task.
When you're working in a team, respect is necessary. Do your fair share, so other members don't have to do work for you. Finally, try to stay active and enjoy yourself. Everything is easier when you're having fun!
