    A city, whether big and small, should be clean. Only when we live in a clean city we live a happy life. As we know, a clean city, that disease may be reduced and people's health may be better, are good both for our mind and body. No one believes people lived in a dirty city with waste everywhere can live happy. However, for more and more people moved into our city, it is not easy to keep our city clean. Beside, some factories will pour waste into the air, the river and onto the ground, making it is hard to keep our city clean. To make our city the better place to live in, we still have a lot to do.

    Edison was a great scientist or inventor. As may not be known to many people, born in a peasant families, he received few school education.     Some days before, I decided to leave my bike at home and take the bus instead. On the bus, I pull my cap off. When I reached my stop, I got off the bus. While cross the street, I realized something were missing. My cap! I turned around, running to the bus, and the bus pulled away from the stop. Just then, a bus stopped a short distance away because a red light. While I sadly looked at the bus, the door was opened. A man stood near the door and looked around.     Last week, I take part in the Cultural Exchange Week. I enjoyed myself in England. I visited the city museum and several place of interest, which made me have better understanding of the English society, culture and history.

    What's more, I was luckily enough to meet my pen friend Tom there. I stayed at his home. And I'll never forget the days when we spent together. When I left England, he offered to me a dictionary for a gift. It's of great help for me to learn English. I will make full use of them and learn English good.

    I hope Tom will come to China when it's convenience for him!

    As it is known to us, fewer and fewer students do sports regularly, what makes them weak and easily tired.

    There are many reasons about this. First of all, some of the students complain that they have too many homework, result in less time to take exercise. Beside, some of them think that it is very difficult for them to keep doing exercise, because it is very hard thing.

    For lack of physical activities, many students were in poor health. I suggest that our school must take measures to encourage more students to take part in sports. For us students, no matter what busy we are, it is necessary to spare some time to do exercise.
