Peter：I get up at a quarter to six.

Kitty：So early! Why?

Peter：Because there's a live(直播)football match on TV every Monday.

Kitty：You must like football matches very much. But we have an English test today.

Peter：Oh, my god! What time do we have the English class?

Kitty：It's ten o'clock now. The English teacher will come soon.

Peter：I hope PE teacher can come.

Kitty：Sorry.

Alex: I like pears. They are sweet. What's your favourite fruit, Lucy?

Lucy: I like apples. They are tasty for me.

Jenny: Is carrot juice your favourite drink, Mike?

Mike: Of course not. Banana juice is my favourite. What about you, Jenny?

Jenny: Ha! Guess. My favourite fruit is round and very big. It's green. It's sweet and juicy. We often eat it in summer. What is it?

Alex: I know! It's watermelon!

    Look! This is a picture. It is about Jenny's birthday. Her birthday is on May 25th. On that day, she invited her friends to her house. Li Ming, Tom and I went to her house. We had a very good time. Before eating the birthday cake, we sang the birthday song for Jenny. She was very happy. And we were happy, too. After lunch, we went out to play in the park. We had fun all day.

    I'm Jane. My birthday is on the seventh of May. Last week, I had a birthday party. Many friends went to my house. They gave me lots of presents. Tom gave a new bag to me. Mary gave me a pet dog. I liked them very much.

    Last month, Darning and Simon went to watch a basketball game in America. They rode their bicycles to watch the game. They saw their favourite team. Their team played very well and they won. Darning and Simon ate hot dogs and drank colas for lunch. It was great.

    Now Darning is back to China with his friends. He bought his mum a book on America. It looks interesting. His mum is very happy.
