    It is a Tuesday morning. Ann and her mother are on a big bus. There are many people on it. Some of them come from the U.S. , and some come from England or Canada. They are all friends. They are going to the Forbidden City!

    There are two Chinese on the bus. One is a young man. He is driving the bus. The other is a woman. She speaks English well. She is now talking about the Forbidden City. The other people are listening to her. They like the Forbidden City. They want to see it very much.

    It's nine o'clock in the evening. The family are at home. Jim's father is sitting in a chair. He's watching TV. His mother is standing near the window. She's giving some food(喂食) to the bird, Polly. Polly says, "Thanks! Thanks!" Where's Jim? Oh, he's behind the door. Kate is looking for him. They are playing games. There is no homework on Sunday evening.

    It's Saturday. Amy will cook for her family. Amy's father would like some beef, rice and soup. Her mother would like some beef noodles, fish and tea. Her brother, John would like some chicken, bread and orange juice.

    Today is Sunday. My family are all at home. It's eleven thirty now. Look! My mother is cooking lunch. My father is watching TV. My sister is playing games in the living room. Little Duck has a wind-bell on her window. It is made of glass (用玻璃做的). It sounds "Tink-tink". That's the sound of the wind. Little Rabbit has a wind-bell in her room. It is made up of (由....组成) small bells. It sounds "Clink-clink". It is like music. Little Rabbit likes it. Little Pig wants to hear the sound of the wind too. He cuts some paper to make a paper wind-bell. The wind blows gently. The sound of the wind is too quiet. Little Pig doesn't like it. He is sad.
