    If anyone had told me three years ago that I would be spending most of my weekends camping. I would have laughed heartily. Campers, in my eyes, were people who enjoyed insects bites, ill-cooked meals, and uncomfortable sleeping bags. They had nothing in common with me. .

The friends who introduced me to camping thought that it meant to be a pioneer. We sleep in a tent, cooked over an open fire, and walked a long distance to take the shower and use the bathroom. This brief visit with Mother Nature cost me two days off from work, recovering from a bad case of sunburn and the doctor's bill for my son's food poisoning.

    I was, nevertheless, talked into going on another fun-filled holiday in the wilderness.    Instead, we had a pop-up camper with comfortable beds and an air conditioner. My nature-loving friends had remembered to bring all the necessities of life.

     We have done a lot of it since. Recently, we bought a twenty-eight-foot travel trailer complete with a bathroom and a built-in TV set. There is a separate bedroom, a modern kitchen with a refrigerator. The trailer even has matching carpet and curtains.

     It must be true that sooner or later, everyone finds his or her way back to nature. I recommend that you find your way in style.

A.This time there was no tent.

     {#blank#}1{#/blank#}In a bus you may look at a stranger, but not for too long. And if he sensed that you are staring at him, he may feel uncomfortable.

     The same is true in our daily life. If you are stared at for more than necessary, you will look at yourself up and down to see if there is anything wrong with you. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. Eyes do speak, right?

     Looking too long at someone may seem to be rude and aggressive.{#blank#}3{#/blank#}.If a man stares at a woman for more than 10 seconds and refuses to look away from her, his intentions are obvious. He wishes to attract her attention, and let her know that he is admiring her.

     However, when two persons are engaged in a conversation, the speaker will only look into the listener's eyes from time to time to make sure that the listener does pay attention to what the former is speaking.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}.If a speaker looks at you continuously when speaking as if he trying to control you, you will feel awkward. A poor liar usually exposes himself by looking too long at the victim. He wrongly believes that looking straight in the eye is a sign of honest communication. {#blank#}5{#/blank#}

    We need to do more to help the teachers who are exhausted and stressed

    Teaching should not be one of the most stressful jobs in the US. But it is. “The only other profession that comes close to us for stress is nursing and we still have the numbers… by a lot. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}”

    “Nobody realizes how horrific working conditions are for teachers throughout the country,” Brice-Hyde says, an experienced teacher in New York who is part of the national group Badass Teachers Association (BAT).

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#} So they did a national study of teacher working conditions around issues like stress, work-life balance, respect, and more. The results are both surprising and not. If you've been seeing the stories about teacher walkouts and pay inequality, you probably aren't all that shocked to see these things like: 61 percent of educators find work “always” or “often” stressful; 27 percent of educators said they've been threatened or bullied; 86 percent of educators feel disrespected by US Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos.

    Teachers are stressed out, and turnover is high. No wonder we're seeing more stories about the importance of self-care, classroom burnout, and mental health days for teachers. Yet, self-care doesn't seem to come easily for people, and this is definitely true for teachers. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}

    We think it's time to change that, though. So in honor of World Mental Health Day, we are working to change the dialogue about teacher mental health. Below are some of the top challenges people give for not seeking therapy, or even basic self-care, along with possible solutions and workarounds for each one.

    We hope you share this article widely, giving support and love to your fellow educators. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} And it's pretty much guaranteed to help you do what you set out to in the first place be a good teacher.

A. BAT wanted to take action.

B. Those who gave more tended to gain less.

C. The data are ridiculous, and no one is really paying attention.

D. By nature, educators are taught to give care and support others not themselves.

E. Although respected for its own sake, teaching is under suspicion in today's world.

F. After all, self-care, good mental health, positive well-being is one of the single best things you can do for yourself.

    Parents of children and teens who play football may worry about their bodies getting injury. Younger football players have the lowest chance of injury. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Therefore, it's necessary for players to know the rules of playing football whether they are young or old. The following can be used to reduce the chance of injuries while players are still enjoying the game.

    {#blank#}2{#/blank#} The American Academy of Pediatrics advises players and their families talk about whether the risks of injury outweighs the benefits of playing football. Football has many benefits, including regular exercise, learning to be part of a team, and social growth and development. Families who decide to play can take steps to reduce the chances of serious injury.

    Play by the rules. When players know the rules of the game—what's legal and what's not—fewer injuries happen. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} For example, players should know that in football they can't come from behind, crash into a player's legs, and steal the ball. It's legal and safer to go after the ball rather than the player.

    Wear legal equipment. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Because illegal equipment leads to serious injuries of the head and neck. It's also the leading cause of severe injuries in football, but remember the protection of legal equipment doesn't depend on its quantity.

    Get good training. Players should learn the right way to use a tackle (装备). {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Correct training could lower injury for younger players. Older players could be at a greater risk of injury if they first learn to use tackle and never learn the correct skill.

A. Take steps to lower football injury.

B. Weigh the risks and benefits.

C. The more legal equipment players wear, the less injury they will get.

D. Legal equipment can give football players important protection.

E. Players should know what to expect from each other.

F. Doing this and practicing the skills often make sure players are correctly trained.

G. As players get older, stronger and faster, the chance of injury goes up.
