After supper, Mr Jackson turned on the television. He tried to find a football game on it. At that time the telephone rang and he went to answer it. “Hello,” he said, “746-2135” “It's Betty speaking,” said a woman. “Henry is ill. And I have to take him to hospital. But Lucy is to young……” “Don't worry. I'll go and look after her. But where's your husband James?'' “He's gone to London. He'll be back at tomorrow morning.''
