I couldn't to do two things: connect to Wi-Fi and go around the town. Where there's the Internet, there is a way.

    I found a bicycle station along the street. A notice guided me on how to get a bike using my smart phone. It offered me a two-hour free ride and I enjoyed it a lot. The locals have enjoyed the free bike service since last year.

    Later, locals told me hundreds of such bicycles became available at the beginning of last year. Hundreds of new-energy vehicles (交通工具) can fee used if you pay a little money. Again, you need a smart phone to make use of the service.

    I rode across streets and roads, past many places. I found the Internet was used everywhere in the town.

    I've interviewed many officials in other areas of China. And I often wanted to remain connected with them through WeChat. However, many of them would just excuse themselves, saying they don't use the social media as they have too many things to do every day. But most of the Wuzhen's officials said, "Nowadays, many things are completed with the Internet, and we're sure that Internet will become more and more important. We can reach further by using it."

    Chris Rock was born in the state of South Carolina in the United States. When he was a child, his family moved, and he grew up in a poor area in Brooklyn, New York.

    Wei Huixiao is a very beautiful woman. She was an officer on Chinese aircraft carrier(航母) Liaoning. Soon her great story became popular among people.

    Wei was born in 1977 in Guangxi, China. She always wanted to do something more meaningful, After graduating(毕业) from Nanjing University, she worked for four years. Then she went to Sun Yat—sen University to go on studying for her PHD(博士学位) in 2007. During her study in this university, she wrote a letter to recommend herself for working on Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning.

    "This aircraft carrier is the biggest stage for every Chinese officer. My dream is to spend my days fighting the wind and waves," she wrote in her letter.

    Many people didn't understand what Wei Huixiao wanted. She could get a better job because she was so great. Some even told her that she was crazy. However, she knew exactly what she wanted to do.

    In the end, Wei Huixiao's dream came true and she became the first woman officer with a PHD on Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning.

    Most children love toys. But do you make your own toys? Seventh-graders at Central Middle

    School in Connecticut, US, really did. They made toys using a 3-D printer(打印机) in science class.

    They made a red and blue soccer table, a catapult(弹弓) and a scooter(踏板车).

    But these toys are not for themselves. They will donate them to poor children in Haiti. "By doing so, students feel that they can help others," science teacher Kate Bruzinski told the Greenwich Time.

    Bruzinski teaches the students how to use 3-D printers. They printed(打印) parts of toys. They worked in groups of four. It took them six to seven weeks to make the toys. They drew pictures for the toys, found materials(材料) and then built them.

    Soon, these toys will meet their owners in Haiti. Students are happy about that.
