The book The Crying Sea is for children. It is written by Simon Walker. It's the sea. It tells us about different of water pollution and the things we can do to keep the sea . It also tells us the different ways we can the seas. In this book, Simon Walker said: “Three quarters of the earth is water. thousands of years, the seas have helped by giving us food and water. Now, we are feeding them dirty water from factories and rubbish from our homes. The seas are because they are very sick. Please help to save them.”

Chinese people are proud of their food. However, when foreigners like Britons think of Chinese food, their impressions (印象) of {#blank#}1{#/blank#} are different from what you might think.
I grew up in the UK. The Chinese food I was used to {#blank#}2{#/blank#}was food from Guangdong. For example, a(n){#blank#}3{#/blank#} dish I would order would be sweet and sour pork (糖醋排骨). This is the type of food we generally eat {#blank#}4{#/blank#} lots of Chinese immigrants (移民) to the UK have come from Guangdong.
Something is changing, though Chinese-American cook Ken Hom has been{#blank#}5{#/blank#}British TV for 30 years, and he said, “At the beginning of the 1980s, Chinese food was sweet and sour pork, mainly … Now you are seeing more Chinese food from Sichuan, Hunan and other {#blank#}6{#/blank#}of China.
