    Now more and more people in the world are getting fatter③. This troubles them a lot. Experts(专家) say that it has a lot to do with our eating habits.

    Our eating habits are very important for good health and a strong body. Most of us like eating sweets and ice cream better than vegetables and rice. Sweets and ice cream are not bad for us if we eat them at the end of a meal. If we eat them before a meal, they may take away our appetite①.

    It's important for us    ②  eat our meal in the same period each day. When we feel worried or excited, we may not want to eat. A long time ago, in England, some judges(法官) often decided whether a man was telling the truth by giving him some dry bread. If the man could not swallow(吞) the bread, it meant that he wasn't telling the truth. Because when a man is worried about something, he will have trouble in swallowing anything dry, because he loses his appetite.

    Every week I have a two-day holiday.{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. So every weekend I have a good time . {#blank#}2{#/blank#} I sometimes go to the countryside with my classmates by bus to breathe (呼吸) the fresh air , climb the hills and enjoy the beauty of nature .Sometimes I go for a picnic in the open air with my friends by bike . There we draw pictures and take photos. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}.

    Last Saturday , I went on a trip with my parents .{#blank#}4{#/blank#}. We sat around it , singing and dancing happily . When we felt tried , we sat together , looked at the stars and chatted (聊天) for a long time , and then went to sleep in the tent .{#blank#}5{#/blank#}.

   The Greens are ready for a dancing party. Mr. Green wears a white shirt and black pants. He looks handsome(英俊的). Mrs. Green is quite pretty today. She wears a white blouse and a blue skirt. What about Gina? She looks beautiful, too. Her T-shirt goes well with her skirt. Her T-shirt is light blue and her skirt is blue. She really likes blue. Gina's brother Tom wears a yellow T-shirt and blue pants. He also wears a hat. He looks cute.

    Bobby came from a poor family. He wanted to buy his mother a Christmas present, but he only had a dime(十分硬币). He walked from shop to shop and finally came to a flower shop. Bobby asked if he could buy just one flower for his mother as a Christmas present with a dime. The shop owner said, "You just wait here and I'll see what I can do for you."

    The shop owner came out a little later with twelve beautiful roses, "That will be ten cents, young man. I just happen to have some roses on sale for ten cents a dozen(一打). Would you like them？"

    Bobby took the long box from the man's hands and left the shop happily. As the shop owner returned inside, his wife asked, "Who were you talking to and where are the roses you took out？"

    The man replied, "This morning while I was preparing to open the shop, I thought I heard a voice. It told me to put aside a dozen of my best roses for a special present and I did so. Then, just a few minutes ago, a little boy came into the shop and wanted to buy a flower for his mother with a dime. When I saw him, I remembered my experience many years ago. That time I was a poor boy with nothing to buy a Christmas present for my mother. A man that I didn't know stopped me on the street and told me that he wanted to give me ten dollars. When I saw that little boy tonight, I knew whose voice that was, and I put together a dozen of my best roses."

    I've always wanted to try rock climbing, but never had the time or money for it. But I've discovered a way to experience the thrill(兴奋，紧张)of climbing rock, without climbing real rock. Indoor climbing is an easy and exciting way to get a taste of rock climbing. And it is also much cheaper and safer！Indoor climbers don't climb on real rock, but on a plastic wall. You can probably find a climbing wall near you. Many gyms, schools and camps have one.

    You can climb indoors at any time of the year, no matter how the weather is. It is usually not expensive. Most gyms provide the equipment you need. The convenience of indoor climbing is one reason why it has become so popular. But the main reason people climb is for the rush(刺激感)they get. When I stand at the foot of the wall and look up. I'm always scared, But once I start climbing, fear changes to determination. With my heart pounding(怦怦地跳), I reach the top and look down. I can't stop grinning(咧嘴笑). I did it!

    Indoor climbing is a great workout. Climbing uses muscles that are hard to exercise, especially those in the shoulders, arms, chest and back. Many people say climbing makes exercise fun. Most gyms have several climbing walls with various degrees of difficulty. The easier ones are like climbing a ladder. The difficult ones bulge out(凸出)in places so that climbers must sometimes climb parallel(平行的)with the floor.

    Although gym climbing is easier and safer than real rock climbing, you should still be careful. Always climb with a partner. As you climb, your partner pulls your climbing rope through something called a belay device(绳索控制器). The belay catches you if you slip. But make sure your partner know how to use this equipment. And if you are a first-time climber, get some instruction before you begin.
