Virginia Key is a barrier island {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(contain) a variety of upland and wetland plant communities. It {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(locate) in Biscayne Bay, south of Fisher Island and bordering {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Atlantic Ocean. The city of Miami is the present landowner of the north point of Virginia Key.

    Since the 1970s, the island {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(be) the site of the deposition(淤积) of sand from the Port of Miami, which destroyed its beaches as a turtle habitat.     Niulang grew desperate when he discovered Zhinu had been taken back to heaven{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (drive) by Niulang's misery, the cow told him to turn its hide into a pair of shoes after it died. The magic shoes whisked（匆匆带走）Niulang,{#blank#}9{#/blank#} (carry) his two children in baskets strung from a shoulder pole, off on a chase after the empress. Even the Jade Emperor was touched, and allowed Niulang and Zhinu to meet once a year on the{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (seven) night of the seventh month.

    Friendship's Day in India falls on {#blank#}1{#/blank#} first Sunday of August every year. It is celebrated with many activities.

    Young people in India spend the day with their {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (close) friends and have fun together. Most youngsters in India plan a movie or lunch with their best friends. A large group of friends may also go on a drive to tourist places or make a plan {#blank#}3{#/blank#} camping. Some friends go to the supermarkets to do some shopping. The Buddhist monk arranged a boxing match between the boy and an{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (experience) boxer. Each time the fighter {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (attack) the boy, he fell down, but at once the boy stood up; and each time the boy was knocked down, the boy stood up again. Several times later, the

    Buddhist monk asked, "{#blank#}7{#/blank#}do you think of your child?" "What a shame!" the boy's father said, "I never thought he would be so {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(easy) knocked down. I needn't have him left here {#blank#}9{#/blank#} longer."

    "I am sorry that is all you see. Don't you see that each time he falls down, he stands up again instead of {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (cry)? That's the kind of courage you wanted him to have."
